YOUR PROPERTY
Open the front door to a spacious open floor plan where family and friends connect. Gather around the table & kitchen island for meals and games or in front of the fireplace and TV. The dining area extends to a large screened in porch that leads to the propane grill (for steaks or burgers) and a private hot tub and one of the most private lots in the canyon. Or sit on the front porch to watch the sunset. Tired of eating out, there is a fully stocked kitchen.

Want more action, go upstairs for a game of pool.

If you are ready for some privacy, there is a master bed/bath on the main floor and a second king bedroom only steps away from a second full bath. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (1 is a bunkroom) and 2 full baths.

You passed the pool, splash-pad, clubhouse with gym and another pool table as you entered the canyon.

State Park Marina on Scenic Table Rock Lake is 5 miles away where boating and water sports await. Route 76 Strip has musicals, comedies, illusionists mini golf and, rides and more. Branson Landing, a popular shopping, dining and entertainment district is about 8.5 miles away. Enjoy shows by famous stars at the Thunder Ridge Amphitheater, 6.9 miles away. Check listings online for available shows while you are in town. Shephard of the Hills is showing “King David “ for the 2026 Season is 15 miles away.

For the more serious golfers there are world-class golf courses such as: Buffalo Ridge Springs, Payne’s Valley, Branson Hills, and Pointe Royale Resort and Golf Club.

This house was perfect. So much room to spread out, but still felt incredibly cozy. The screened-in back patio became our favorite spot. We spent the whole evening out there eating, talking, laughing, and making memories. The hot tub was a dream, and the property is tucked quietly against the woods, which made it feel so peaceful.If we said it once, we said it a hundred times: this house gave major Breckenridge, Colorado vibes.  it was exactly what we were hoping for.And one of the best parts? We got to bring our dogs. As someone whose dogs think they’re just small, hairy humans, that meant the world to me. I’ve stayed at dog-friendly places before where it definitely felt dog-friendly in the worst way. Not this one. If I hadn’t already known dogs were allowed, I never would have guessed. The house was spotless and so well cared for.By the last day, both of my sisters were already asking if the owners decorate for Christmas. If so, they’re booking a staycation this winter. (They’re local). Bottom line, we’d all come back in a heartbeat.The house was immaculate, fully stocked, and clearly loved. The owners were kind, responsive, and helpful the entire time. I truly can’t say enough good things. Absolute 10 out of 10. Thank you!!!

Branson Canyons

We enjoyed our weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The house had plenty of space for the 10 of us. We loved playing pool in the evenings and sitting on the screened in porch with our morning coffee. The house was very clean and well kept. We would stay here again!

Perfect accommodations for our family of 11. We appreciated the large dining table & having a booster seat and pack n play for the baby. REALLY appreciated the fully stocked kithen including mixer, mixing bowls, spices, cookware.. griddle, crockpot, large gas grill keurig, coffee pot, and plenty of dishes & silverware. Loved having the pool table, hot tub & large screened porch. Although a tight fit, we were able to park 4 vehicles in the driveway. Nice neighborhood, great club house & pool! Great location everything we planned was less than 20mins away.Thank you for letting our family stay in this nice home, we'd definitely book again!

Overall a nice property. Hot tub was somewhat foamy. Knives and scratches on walls need touched up. Several bad light bulbs. Just little small things. Would have been nice to have pots and pans large enough to accommodate up to 12 people. No scrubber or sponge for washing dishes. Slow drains in bathrooms upstairs. Had a nice visit and would stay here again, judy giving our suggestions for a perfect 5 star rating.

Best Vacation Ever

This was one of our best vacation getaways ever. We had a wonderful time exploring the area in and around Branson. The home had plenty of space for our large family and all the amenities we needed. The pool table and swimming pool were lots of fun. It's a wonderful home for relaxing after a day of Branson fun.

Perfect family vacation home

We had a great time during our stay in Branson. Your home was just perfect for our family at 16 and a great place to accommodate our family units. The kids absolutely loved the bunkbeds! Thanks for having the well equipped kitchen for your guests. We shared some nice meals together here and it was nice to have all the amenities. The game table was perfect for the 10 and 11 year olds, and we also put together a puzzle as well. The pool was great for the kids to play and the adults to cool down. The one maintenance issue we had got resolved quickly and efficiently. We had a great time! No one wanted to leave. It was a nice way to relax and celebrate getting together for my parents’s 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Thank you so much!

House was great - plenty of space.Kids loved the pool table. Only two issues we had were no extra toilet paper/paper towels and the ice machine wasn’t working correctly. There had been some type of meltdown before we got there and I had to chisel out the ice canal. It happened again during the stay. The bedding was great and there were plenty of towels.
