Thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, gas range, large refrigerator and eating area. Newer bath features shower/tub. Sunny main floor master bedroom has queen bed and sitting area. Open living room features stone wall, flat screen tv and double loveseats and an additional family room provides a queen sleeper and twin trundle bed.

THE LOCATION
Located on a private street adjacent to Lake Michigan, with beach access at the end of the road. Enjoy your morning coffee or relaxing dinners on the attached spacious front deck. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories. Rent bikes locally and take advantage of the miles of bike trails along Lakeshore Drive. Nearby Riley Trails offers plenty of hiking and mountain bike options. Holland State Park is a 10-minute drive and located along the channel leading in from Lake Macatawa where you can try your hand at paddleboarding or kayaking or rent a pontoon and enjoy a relaxing cruise while watching the sailboats pass by. Take a walk along the pier and visit the iconic Big Red Lighthouse. Looking to venture out for dining and shopping? Downtown Holland is 20 minutes away and offers plenty of options as well as breweries and entertainment.

The cabin is located on a generous half acre of woods with views of the lake accessible across the street via a small path.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need, including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions, so you'll be ready to rest, relax, and rejuvenate!

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
