Located in the gated Sugar Hill Tennis community, Half Century House is a classic three-bedroom villa on Barbados' west coast. It's a quiet, spacious property just minutes from Holetown, with access to the community's tennis courts, gym, clubhouse, and onsite restaurant.

From the moment you arrive, there's a sense of ease with space to unwind and time to settle in. All three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the upper level of the main house, keeping the living and entertaining areas open and breezy below.

The primary bedroom located on the upper level has a shared patio, perfect for enjoying the sea view before the day begins. The adjacent bedroom features a queen-sized bed and shares the patio with the primary bedroom. The third bedroom includes two twin beds that can be joined to form a king, ideal for children or friends sharing a room.

The ground floor of the villa includes a large open lounge that leads onto an expansive terrace. The dining area and kitchen sit just behind, keeping everything social and connected. Outside, a large pool deck anchors the space with sun loungers, a covered dining area in a breezy gazebo, and plenty of room to relax.

Your stay includes housekeeping and a cook who prepares two consecutive meals each day so you can focus on enjoying your time together. You'll also have access to the Sugar Hill clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and beach club at Fairmont Royal Pavilion just a short drive away.

This home can also be booked for larger groups including 5 bedrooms or 6 bedrooms.

Please note: The padel court is available for guest use at BDS $100 per hour. Rackets are available for rental at BDS $20 each, and balls may be purchased for BDS $30 per tin.
