A beautiful 3 bed/3 bath town House on the spectacular Sugar Hill resort.

OVERVIEW

Sugar One is a beautifully decorated townhouse with spectacular ocean views on the popular Sugar Hill tennis resort, only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches of the west coast. This home is suited to friends and family who appreciate spending special moments together on a very popular resort with all the excellent facilities to enjoy literally on the doorstep. Sugar Hill has its own restaurant "The Deck" this has such a stunning setting overlooking the ocean from which to enjoy a sundowner or two. The restaurant offers a continental breakfast if you so wish, lunch and dinner with themed evenings a couple of times a week. Happy hour is on a Tuesday and Friday with live entertainment a great way to start your evening.
Sugar Hill has four tennis courts and will soon have two Padel courts due to be completed by mid December 2025. There are two swimming pools one by the Tennis Village area and a stunning infinity pool by the Clubhouse which is a two minute walk away from the house. There is also a small gym and table tennis in the Clubhouse free to guests.
Sugar Hill provides a daily Shuttle Bus facility to Holetown and also to the Royal Fairmont Hotel for a small charge.
A hire car is recommended to explore this fantastic Island with our own two parking places directly in front of the house.

LOCATION

The house is very close to Holetown which is convenient for food shopping at Massys. There are also plenty of dining options and entertainment venues in this area. Limegrove is where you can find upmarket boutiques and other interesting shops to while away some time plus an array of eateries and bars.

The beaches are some of the best on the island approximately a five minute drive away.
Beach beds/parasols are readily available to rent for the day at Alleynes Bay by the Fairmont Hotel. You can easily pre book these the night before with Rico, our housekeeper will have his contact details to hand.
On this beach you have the popular 'Lonestar' restaurant, a firm favourite on the island. For a light lunch there are a couple of excellent beach bars nearby.

For golf lovers there are some spectacular courses nearby: Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill.

TOWN HOUSE

This 3 bed 3 bath Town House has been tastefully decorated to reflect a modern relaxed Caribbean lifestyle. From the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom on the upper floor you can marvel at the ocean views having the perfect location to enjoy superb sunsets.
There is a further large bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa area and access on to the patio.
All bedrooms have air conditioning with ceiling fans to lounge and kitchen areas. We also have ceiling fans on the patio area.
There is a downstairs Cloakroom directly off the Hallway.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with large 'double' refrigerator, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and wine cooler. There is a separate Utility Room with washing machine and dryer.
There is wi-fi and a flat screen TV with multi channels available. Local telephone calls can be made at no charge.
Our Pool deck has an attractive plunge pool with sun loungers and parasols. There is easy access to the main Clubhouse infinity pool from the Pool deck.
Pool & beach towels are provided for your use.

HOUSEKEEPING

Our House Manager (Kavell) and House Keeper Maxine keep the house in perfect condition, with house keeping provided twice a week. You may wish to liaise with Kavell as to best days for Housekeeping. Kavell is always on-call to deal with any questions you may
