The hey BEACHVILLA is a modern 5-star holiday home in Hohwachter Bucht, one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline between Kiel and Fehmarn. The landscape here is characterised by kilometres of sandy beaches, dunes and cliffs. The hinterland with its forests, lakes and historic estates offers a wide range of excursions. The quiet location of the house combines privacy with easy accessibility. The Baltic Sea beach is just a few minutes' walk away.
The 130 mÂČ of living space can accommodate up to 8 people. The room layout includes three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan designer kitchen. A wood-burning stove ensures a cosy atmosphere, while large windows let in plenty of natural light. The architecture emphasises clean lines and high-quality natural materials - in keeping with the motto "less is more". The furnishings are deliberately minimalist and elegant, lending the rooms a sense of calm and harmony.
A central highlight is the heated outdoor pool (3.5 Ă 6.5 m, 1.2 m deep). With its overflow edge, it gives the impression of a boundless expanse of water and blends harmoniously into the garden. A sliding clear glass enclosure allows swimming in almost any weather. The pool is currently intended for use from 1 April to 31 October. However, this may be postponed or temporarily restricted due to weather conditions such as frost or storms. There is also a Finnish sauna available for relaxation at any time of year. A terrace, garden furniture and loungers round off the outdoor facilities.
Other facilities include air conditioning, high-speed WiFi and a smart TV. A modern sound system provides entertainment, and smart home technology makes it easier to control the lighting and temperature. A carport with e-charging station/wallbox is available for sustainable mobility. Access to the house is via a Nuki code lock with an individual access code, which enables flexible and contactless access. Pets are not allowed and the holiday home is a non-smoking property.
The region around Hohwacht offers numerous leisure activities. In addition to swimming on the natural and spa beaches, cycling, hiking, golf and water sports are very popular. There is also plenty to discover culturally: magnificent manor houses, small fishing villages and lookout towers characterise the landscape.
