The Space:
Welcome to Sobrina, a beautifully restored and renovated home built in 1920, offering a perfect blend of classic charm and modern comfort. This spacious three bedroom house comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it the ideal stay for families, friends, or small groups looking to explore Hobart.

Two generous sized bedrooms with King sized beds and ample clothing storage space make for comfortable stays whilst the third bedroom features 2x King singles, perfect for children, friends, or those who prefer separate beds.

Relax in the large, cosy lounge – a space designed for unwinding, watching TV, or simply enjoying time with friends and family. If you're on a working holiday, a dedicated workspace is also available to keep you productive while enjoying your getaway.

The kitchen has been freshly renovated and is fully equipped with all the modern features you may need, including an induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and stainless steel appliances. Whether you’re cooking up a feast or preparing a quick bite, the kitchen is designed for those who love to cook and entertain. The dining table comfortably seats all of your guests, perfect for shared meals and quality time together.

The luxuriously renovated bathroom offers double shower heads, a large bath to sink into after a day of exploration, and an electric window that lets in fresh air or provides a view of the stars while you relax.

Step outside into a secure, fully-fenced backyard that’s perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The area includes an outdoor laundry, BBQ and dining setting. There’s also plenty of space to park your cars, ensuring convenience and peace of mind during your stay.

A tranquil coastal neighbourhood of Hobart, with popular sandy beaches like Nutgrove and Long beach, and boat-filled piers that make for beautiful views and a calm pace.

Sandy Bay Shopping precinct is just a 5 minutes walk for groceries and conveniences.

Cafes and restaurants at your fingertips, with great coffee to be found just minutes from the home. Or walk just 15 minutes into Salamanca Place for more of Hobart’s restaurants, bars, culture and vibrancy. MONA ferry terminal is just 20 minutes walk, and if you want a stroll on the beach, walk 5 minutes to Short Beach.

Getting Around:
Metro Tasmania bus network can take you into Hobart, with a bus stop near the front of the home on Sandy Bay Road.

Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters to rent via apps.
