Welcome to No.5, a beautifully presented two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa ideal for a relaxing Hobart stay. Perfectly positioned, enjoy a 10-minute walk to Hobartâs largest shopping centre and just a 10-minute drive to the airport, CBD, and Salamanca. With fully ducted heating and cooling, this welcoming villa offers year-round comfortâan ideal base for couples, families, or business travellers.
The Space:
TThis thoughtfully designed villa offers space, privacy, and comfort throughout.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robes, ensuite, and Smart TV. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed and built-in robe. All linen is professionally laundered through our linen service, ensuring a crisp, hotel-quality sleep. Double glazing throughout provides a peaceful and quiet night.
The well-equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, dishwasher, and microwaveâperfect if you feel like cooking, though excellent restaurants are close by. The open living area is calm and inviting, designed for effortless relaxation.
A private, fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating is ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring. The laundry includes a washer and dryer. Families are well catered for with a porta-cot, highchair, toys, and games.
Parking is easy with a single remote-access garage plus a second space near the front door.

Travelling with a group? We have multiple nearby properties, including The Residence, The Retreat, and The Villa, allowing accommodation for up to 40 guests across the site and adjacent homesâperfect for families, friends, or group travel.

The Neighborhood:
Hobartâs largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway and Nandos and thereâs also a Village Cinema. Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and thereâs a bus stop right around the corner if you need it. Hobartâs CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassieâs best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.

Uber is available in Hobart.
Hobart City Ferry leaves regularly from Bellerive Quay 10 minute walkk away.
