Fully fenced for peace of mind, the 3-bedroom weatherboard home in the tranquil area of Sandy Bay, sleeps six and is perfect for a family stay or a trip away with friends. The home is next door to Sandy Bayâs fabulous Giddy Up cafĂ©, close to shopping precinct and walking distance to Hobartâs CBD.
The Space:
Step into a relaxing retreat as this three bedroom, one-bathroom period home ticks all the boxes for a comfortable base in Tassie. Fully renovated, the home offers light, space, warmth and character, with original fireplace features and exposed brick as thoughtful reminders of the homeâs heritage.
Featuring three large bedrooms with the master having a king bed, the second
bedroom a double bed and one bedroom with two king single beds, the home is set up perfectly for families.
The kitchen is the heart of the home with a six seat dining table and raw wooden features that offer a warm, country living feel. French doors open to a paved patio and spacious backyard for children to enjoy, as well as a picnic table to spend time in the fresh Tasmanian air.
Unwind in the stunning large modern bathroom with jade green tile features, terrazzo floors, freestanding bath and shower.
The house enjoys a large lounge room with flat screen TV and heating, as well as a light-filled sunroom with arch window features for afternoon reading or a childrenâs playroom.
Guests have access to the fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
