Just moments from Hobartâs CBD, Salamanca, and Battery Pointâs historic attractions, itâs ideal for families or groups wanting comfort and convenience in the heart of Hobart.
The Space:
Nestled and elevated in Hobartâs exclusive Battery Point, this large and light-filled apartment is designed for comfort and style.
Beautifully renovated with warm, inviting textures this is the ideal apartment for larger groups of up to six. With three generous bedrooms, the master features a king bed with ensuite, while the two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds.
The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, with a spacious table to gather everyone together. After a meal, unwind in the large separate living roomâperfect for a movie night or simply relaxing in comfort.
Step out to the front balcony for fresh Tasmanian air or enjoy the large sunny courtyard to the sideâideal for evenings under the stars or a morning cup of tea.
Two modern bathrooms include a main with bath, plus thereâs a full laundry for convenience. Secure undercover parking for two cars is included.
Located within easy walking distance to Battery Point cafes, Salamanca Place, and Hobartâs CBD, youâll be moments from the cityâs highlights. Discover the neighbourhood on foot, starting your day with breakfast and a coffee from Hearth Café & Restaurant or Friends and Family Café, both just a 5-minute walk, or a delicious pastry from Jackman & McRoss Bakery, less than 10-minutes walk.
Getting Around:
Discover Hobart on foot, the apartment is centrally located and walking distance to all inner-city attractions - Salamanca Place is a 12-minutes walk, the MONA ferry and the CBD only 15 minutes.
Metro buses can take you into Hobart CBD, with a bus stop conveniently located on nearby Sandy Bay Road.
Taxiâs and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters available to rent via apps.
Please note: To access the apartment you will need to either walk down some steps from street level or up a path and steps from the carspaces. The apartment itself is on a single level. There is NO lift.
