Located just steps from Hobartâs waterfront or a 5 minute walk to the CBD, the apartment is one of just 12 in the historic Gibsonâs Mill building.
An ideal stay for couples or a business trip, the spacious apartment is just moments from Hobartâs incredible restaurants, bars and attractions, and a stroll to Salamanca Place or MONA ferry terminal.
The Space:
A stay in Gibsonâs Mill offers a piece of Tasmaniaâs industrial history, with the boutique apartment building retaining original features of its iconic flour mill operations that spanned over 100 years.
Beginning its family owned flour mill life in the mid-1860âs, Gibsonâs Mill has been architecturally designed for modern living with stunning warehouse style abodes.
Light and bright, this one bedroom apartment is spacious and full of character.
Premium fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, spacious dining area and lounge to relax in a stylish base for your city adventures.
Separate bedroom with king sized bed, robes and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment features all modern conveniences such as Euro laundry, workstation, and ducted aircon.
Perfectly suited for couples enjoying a weekend or extended getaway, or corporate traveller seeking a central city location.
Local amenities are endless with Hobartâs superb restaurants just a five minute stroll away - try Aloft or Pearl & Co on the waterfront or grab a pub meal next door at the Telegraph Hotel or one of Hobartâs many iconic pubs. For a sweet treat, head to Daci & Daci Bakers nearby for a delicious pastry.
Head to the vibrant cultural scene of Salamanca Place for dinner, or the Saturday morning weekly market.
Please note the stay is located near the waterfront precinct, some apartments experience late night noise from adjacent restaurants, clubs and pubs, particularly on a Friday and Saturday night.

Gibsonâs Mill is close to everything that Hobart has to offer â restaurants, retail and business district. Start your morning with a selection of incredible coffee and pastry from nearby baker Daci & Daci and a stroll along the waterfront, and throughout Hobartâs historic city.
Treat yourself to the abundance of restaurants and bars along Salamanca Place, just five minutes walk. Try Lark Cellar Door, just a block away for premium Tasmanian whiskey. Travel easily to MONA by taking the ferry from the terminal located just 3 minutes away.
Getting Around:
You can easily walk around the city from the apartment, or Metro Tasmania bus stops are located all over the city to get you around town or nearby areas.
Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam scooters to hire via apps.
