The home features modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, promising comfort and style throughout your stay. Enjoy alfresco dining on the expansive deck as you take in the panoramic views of Mount Wellington. This retreat is designed for relaxation and convenience, providing a perfect environment to make lasting memories.
The Space:
This two-storey residence boasts 4 well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for relaxation, including a master suite with a queen bed, TV, and a deluxe ensuite. The open-plan living area features a cozy potbelly stove, large dining space, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. For fitness enthusiasts, the lower level includes a gym area with a weights station, treadmill, and rowing machine. Additional luxuries include a second living area, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor entertainment space, ensuring every moment of your stay is unforgettable.
Please note: The spa and hot tub are currently not available for guest use. These amenities are not included as part of the stay. We appreciate your understanding.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the serene suburb of Howrah, youâre just a stoneâs throw from Hobartâs best attractions. Delve into local history at the nearby Salamanca Place, home to the famous Salamanca Market. Explore the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens or take a short drive to the historic village of Richmond. Indulge in local cuisine at waterfront restaurants or sample Tasmaniaâs famous wines at a nearby vineyard. Howrah Beach is a few minutesâ drive or a 20 minute walk away. For shoppers, Eastlands Shopping Centre is under 10 minutesâ drive away, offering a variety of stores and eateries.
Getting Around:
The house has off-street parking for 2â3 cars. If you prefer public transport, nearby bus services will deliver you to Hobartâs CBD (Downtown) in about 30 minutes.

* **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a housespecifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you.
* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the house fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
