The property itself felt safe and clean, and the staff on site were kind. However, the room experience was incredibly disappointing. Our original room was changedââupgradedââat the last minute, and the room we received was not clean. Every cabinet and drawer had trash or random items inside, none of which were useful to us. One of the key cards didnât work, the AC was slow, and the digital keypad was frustrating to use.
For what we paid, the condition of the unit was unacceptable and nothing like what was described. There wasnât even basic hand soap provided, and the shower still had used travel-size shampoo bottles left behind. Iâm not sure who owns this unit, but it was absolutely not worth the cost.
I would not recommend booking this place.
The only positive was the young man who met us at the hotelâhe was very pleasant, professional, and communicative throughout our stay. If it werenât for his professionalism, we would have canceled the room altogether.
