1. Check-in / Check-out:
– Check-in: After 14:00
– Check-out: Before 12:00 noon
(Please notify in advance if you need to be flexible with the time – depending on room availability.)

2. Common space:
– Please keep quiet after 22:00 to avoid disturbing neighbors.
– Do not organize parties or play loud music.
– Do not smoke in the room or inside the building. Do not use prohibited substances and perform illegal acts.

3. Guests:
– Only welcome the number of guests registered when booking.
– Do not bring strangers to the apartment without prior notice.

4. Hygiene and property:
– Maintain general hygiene, dispose of trash in the right place.
– Please do not take towels or items from the room out.

– Any damage or loss of property will be charged at the replacement price.

5. Safety:
– Turn off electricity, water, air conditioning when leaving the room.

– Close the door carefully when going out.

– The apartment has a security camera at the entrance – do not record in the room.

6. Note: the room is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. Please consider in advance about the ability to take the stairs.
