Enjoy nature from your own private house, just steps from the beach. Gather with friends and family for a barbecue—delicious meat is provided. The home features hotel-quality amenities, a separate bath and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with basic tools and dinnerware. Perfect for small groups seeking a quick getaway of fun and relaxation.



Note: The balcony has no railings for unobstructed views. Please use with care; we are not liable for accidents.



The Space:

The entire house is exclusively for your use—no sharing with other guests.



Room layout:

Bedroom: 4 double size bed (sleeps 8 people)

Living room: 2 double-size sofa beds (4 people)

A total of 12 people can sleep

The sofa bed with clean sheet and pillow are self service.



This house provides hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay. Separate toilet and bath. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need.

• Ingredient preparation is not available during New Year holidays (Jan 1–3).



Guest Access:

The house is a completely private space, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay as if you were at home.

When going to the beach, please use the path next to the dome tent. Entry into the dome tent area is strictly prohibited.

Please make sure to read and understand these rules before confirming your reservation.

1. Safety First

Use electricity and gas with care. Do not bring or use any hazardous items that could cause fire or accidents. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

2. Care of Facilities

Please handle the bedding and equipment with care. Note: Additional cleaning fees may apply if futons, pillows, or linens are heavily soiled.

3. No parties or events are allowed. Kindly avoid making loud noises that may disturb neighbors.

4. Any damage to the property or loss of keys will be charged accordingly.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

In the case of natural disasters, accidents, or utility outages (electricity/water), we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot take responsibility for these unavoidable situations, and refunds cannot be issued. The cancellation policy will apply.

BBQ Usage

• All necessary equipment for BBQ is provided.

• Clean-up: Please leave the grill as it is. Dispose of used charcoal in the stone box provided. A shovel and ash collector are available near the entrance (see photo).

• Kindly take your trash with you and support our eco-friendly efforts.

Guest Registration (Japanese Law Requirement)



Under Japanese law, all hosts must record guest details including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates.

• For guests without a Japanese address, a copy of your passport (with nationality and passport number) is required.

• Please send a copy of your passport after confirming your reservation, either via email attachment or directly through the booking app.

Security & CCTV



The property is equipped with CCTV/security cameras for the safety and protection of all guests. Cameras are also used as a guide during self check-in. This is a requirement under hotel and short-term rental regulations in Japan.
