The villa has coastal artwork and decor throughout. The cozy and inviting living room has a flat-screen TV in a large media console with plenty of books to read and games for everyone to play. There is a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well. There is updated furniture in the living room that provides plenty of seating for the whole family. Immediately off the living room, there is access to the private deck with seating and amazing views. Enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and read a book on your private deck. There is a propane grill in the front paver area for cooking up meals that your friends and family will enjoy!

The contemporary kitchen has been updated, including quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and plenty of storage. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. There is a table with seating for 4 and a countertop bar with seating as well. The bright and inviting kitchen opens up to a dining room with seating for six that overlooks the expansive golf course. Off of the kitchen is a separate bar area.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, updated furniture, a flat-screen TV, and access to a deck that connects to the living room. The primary bathroom has been fully renovated, including a his-and-hers vanity and a large, tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen and twin size beds with bright, cheerful bedding and a full, adjacent bathroom. The guest bathroom has also been fully renovated, including a new vanity and a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Inverness Village is located near the Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes. This desirable villa is situated within a mile to the beach. The community amenities include an on-site pool and private tennis courts. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, clay tennis and pickleball courts, fishing, miles of bike paths, restaurants and stores, and an 11-mile lagoon for exploring nature.
