All new interior and exterior at this Ocean Walk 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (sleeps 7 with a queen sleeper sofa and a twin daybed).
WALK TO THE BEACH, a 15-minute off-street walk to the beach via the Alder Lane public beach crossover or 17-minutes in the other direction to the pristine Coligny Beach and shopping plaza shops and restaurants.

ABOUT THE CONDO, 2-UNITS IN ONE
One side has the main full kitchen with a utility closet with washer and dryer, a living room/dining room with sleeper sofa, master bedroom with king bed and an en suite bath with a combo shower/tub, 2-cable smart TVs, and a covered patio within a private courtyard.
The other side has a kitchenette (frig, sink, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cookware, and silverware), a twin daybed in the living/kitchen, a separate bedroom with a king bed and sliding doors to a second covered patio within the walled courtyard and 2 smart TVs, and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
This arrangement is great for a large family or a multi-generational or unrelated families traveling together.
We also offer free WI-FI, separate central air-conditioning for each side, and 2 free parking spaces. This is a ground floor unit (no steps) with a walled partly covered private courtyard.
Venture out to the nearby Sea Pines Forest Preserve, just an 11-minute walk away, for a peaceful nature hike. This condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration for your Hilton Head getaway.

The property was quiet, clean, yet still close enough to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, and had more than what we needed. The indoor pool was AMAZING (outdoor was being remodeled). Excellent stay!

Easy, Breezy Spring Break Stay

Very good price/value for what essentially is two condos in one! Perfect for myself and my fiancé and my adult son and his girlfriend. Lloyd was very prompt with all communication and instructions. Great location with indoor pool and hot tub right outside the door! Perfect for unpredictable March weather. Would love to stay again!

comfortable stay

rooms were spacious and comfortable, with easy access to the building and very close proximity to the indoor pool.Rental contact, Lloyd, was very accommodating and quick to respond to any minor issues. The unit could use a few updates, especially the older tile flooring in the living room area. Area is close to the beach and the shops at Coligny are a pleasant walk away. Would definitely stay again.

May vacation

This location was great. The location was secluded but close to the beach and other anemities. We loved the room as it was on first floor and the indoor pool was very close to our room. The outdoor pool was close as well. Both pools were very well kept. The room was well equipped with what you need. And very clean. Lloyd and Catherine were very good hosts and answered our requests. Check in was fairly easy. We will choose this location again.

This was a fantastic place to stay for families. Loved the indoor pool since the weather wasn’t ideal. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the location too. Was able to walk to the beach and to restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Would stay again!

Found KY and other items in the night stand. Hot water heater on lowest possible setting. Floors are not real stone - cheap stick on stuff. No extra anything...T-paper, Paper towels, garbage bags...etc. Overall was ok but would not be back.

Perfect long weekend getaway

Excellent condo for a long weekend! It was so nice to have a full kitchen, patio, and indoor pool. The condo is on the ground floor which is a blessing when you’re carrying little ones! Front door is steps away from the indoor pool. Very convenient! Also loved that both Coligny and the beach were within walking distance. Overall 10/10.

Wonderful vacation
