We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at your condo. The view, when we walked in with the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. We sat outside and enjoyed our wine watching the golfers. I really appreciated the super comfortable bed since we were very tired and only there for one night. The condo was impeccably clean. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed at this property twice in the past 6 months. We LOVE the location and the sun porch. My only concern is that the front of the property, the back of the property and the courtyard need some TLC.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to the beach and near plenty of bike paths so it’s easy to get around. Enjoyed watching the golfers putt in the morning on the par 3 out the back. Kitchen and living room is spacious as well. Would probably rate 4.5 if I could but the dryer does not dry very well (be warned) and the TV is a little small for the living room space if you want to watch a movie at night.

Quiet Sea Pines location

Roomy single level home filled with light. Great view of the lagoon and golf course (and the occasional gator!) 5 minute walk to the beach - cross the street, walk down the path and you're there. I usually stay in Harbour Town, and I really loved this area. Beautiful, peaceful location.

Fantastic Location

Property was perfectly situated between golf course for views and the beach. We were able to watch golfers as they putted on the third hole, and then when wanted we would take a short walk across the street for beach access to take walks on the beach with our dog. Access to Sea Pines through the back gate made entry and exciting very easy versus the front gate which can get congested at times.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stay in Sea Pines every time we visit, which is annually, but this is the first time we’ve stayed in this area, and we loved it. Nice and quiet and very convenient to everything. The beach access being just across the street, and this being a one-story, street-level condo, makes it hard to beat. It was very clean, instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy, and communication from Vacasa was top notch. This is a pet-friendly rental, but you’d never know it! I’ve reduced a half star for a few small critiques, but nothing that should be a deal breaker: AC unit is loud (like jet-flying-over loud, lol), and to keep things cool, it has to be on a lot; tv remote in living room didn’t work properly and needs replacing (reported issue); tp holder in master bath is broken (reported issue); bed is hard and springy (this is a preference and didn’t go into rating, but wanted to let those who HAVE to have softness know)
for a week, I could deal; water pressure is insane (I think it’s too high, honestly, and should be addressed), which is funny because I’m normally complaining about lack of water pressure
but when I can’t wash my face in the shower and have to cover the nips because of the needle-like water stream, it’s an issue. Overall, we liked this rental, would rent again, and recommend it!

Had a great stay. Loved the glassed in patio.......did kill 2 roaches and had to clean two of patio windows to enjoy the view. Great central location. Great experience.

Spring Break 2023

This was a spacious villa for our family of 4 and our dog. The walk to the beach was easy and we found lots to do in Sea Pines. Found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the grill to make a couple of meals. We'd consider staying here again.

Fantastic location

Property had wonderful view of a par three green. Very great to sit and view the green and the occasional golfers. Then it was a brief walk across the street for beach access. Our family enjoyed walks on the beach. The property was relatively close to the back gate so when we wanted to venture out from Sea Pines it was very simple.

Love this condo

Beautifully renovated and wonderful location. Love the sunroom and the view of the golf course. Short walking distance to the beach. The owner was very quick to help solve a problem at the very beginning of our stay. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

This condo was wonderful, nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The beds were firm but comfortable. There were Thoughtful touches throughout. Luggage rack, key rack, games, books, salt and pepper adequate supply of dish liquid, toilet paper and delightful personal soap and body lotion packets. Carolina room overlooked lagoon and golf course is relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Be aware, there is no pool on site.

Beautiful, private, peaceful villa

We loved everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable. Great location-was close to everything yet was always quiet and peaceful. Our baby could nap . The sun room was bright and provides a perfect place for coffee in the morning. The bathrooms are modern with nice finishes. The appliances were all very good.

Lovely Stay

Vacasa Review: We had a long drive to get to Hilton Head, and therefore arrived after hours. Had a bit of difficulty locating the Vacasa office to get our welcome packet with parking passes, but found it with help from the Sea Pines gatekeeper. Vacasa's phone assistance was not helpful at the time as she was definitely just answering phones and knew nothing about our locale... When we noticed an issue with the dishwasher (standing water in bottom when we went to use it), Vacasa rep handled the issue quickly and effectively. The dishwasher was drained, fixed, and working efficiently by afternoon. Property Specific: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Fairway Lane. Beach was an easily walkable distance and not too crowded. We also enjoyed riding our bikes around Sea Pines. We really enjoyed the sunroom, and ate all our meals there. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated and beautiful. Some of the furniture is a bit worn (one couch and the beds). While it wasn't a deal breaker, the property could really use new mattresses. The king sized mattress had significant wear with large human-sized dips on each side that forced you to roll towards the edge of the bed and on a slant.

 king sheets were very rough. the coffee pot did not have automatic turn off. (realized day 1). the dryer kept running for hours. (we went to beach and upon return, it was still running)
