Beckenham 119 is a tastefully decorated and furnished three-bedroom, two-bath, two half-bath townhouse with many beautiful updates. Enter the townhouse via the private parking area directly in front to find gorgeous plank pine floors, a beautiful staircase, a powder room off the foyer, and a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances and well-stocked cabinets, plus high-top bistro seating for two. The dining area is open to the living area and features a dining table with seating for six. The living room is spacious and boasts comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a fireplace (decorative only), and access to the private courtyard that has an outdoor dining table and gas grill. You'll be just a five-minute walk from the beach, with free WiFi, access to a private courtyard, and a private washer/dryer.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations:
The main bedroom is located on the main level of the townhouse and features a flatscreen TV, courtyard access, and a private en-suite main bath with a recently renovated custom dual vanity with granite tops, a garden tub, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom features a flatscreen TV and a private bath with a glass-enclosed standing shower. The third bedroom in the townhouse has access to a half bath. The upstairs features the laundry center with a full-size washer and dryer.

Great location

The house was clean and very well located. It took us less that 10 min walking to the beach. It’s a little bit outdated but having three bathrooms was very handy at some points.

Nice place. Close to pool and beach. Few glitches early on with entry and back patio condition but rectified. Kitchen has basic spices which is key. Quiet side of the island. Little if any traffic. Close to everything with a car rental (a must).

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach....it was walking or biking distance. Beach was not overly crowded with tourists as it is reserved for residents or rentals. We appreciated the first floor master bedroom for elderly parents. We missed our guest binder that held details...would have made stay more pleasant to not struggle to find beach access. Description states 3 bathrooms...in reality only 2 full bathrooms with showers and 2 half baths. Furniture old and looked to be falling apart. Mattresses were old and worn out. No upstairs cooling system Pots and pans old and scratched up We could tell this is a old rental and not cared for by owners or property managers. Location was key for us. We were there for beach so it was functional for us. Probably won't book same unit- it seems expensive for the quality, but definitely liked the location.

We enjoyed our stay but it could be cleaner and updated a little more. It was advertised as a 3 bed/3 full bath. It is actually has 2 full baths and 2 half baths which made it hard for 7 people and 2 showers.

Home Away From Home

We really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of four plus grandma and we were trying to stay as safe as possible during this time. The house was very cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils. I really appreciated the master bedroom being on the first floor and the back patio was secluded and had beautiful greenery.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. Was even nicer that we got to town 4 hours early and luckily got the call that our place was ready. The house made us feel at home and having our own two parking spots was a plus. Highly recommend this villa if Hilton Head is your destination.

Would definitely rent again.

My in laws came with us this year. So we needed a walk in shower and a bedroom on the first floor. This was perfect for our family! Decorations were cute s d it felt homelike, but at the beach. The villa supplied what we needed.

Very nice home, but overall smaller than what I had pictured.

Kitchen was quite small, but we made it work. Also, garbage disposal quit working on Thursday night. I called the same night and left a message. Received a call early Friday morning and was informed the garbage disposal would be repaired that day. As of 7:15 Friday night, it was not repaired. Unfortunately, we had loaded the dishwasher before we realized the disposal wasn't working and didn't feel safe running the dishwasher. So, we left on Saturday morning with dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but did leave a note as to why. Also, too few washcloths, so we bought several and left them. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.
