Cette spacieuse et bien aménagée villa au premier étage location dispose de deux suites de maître et à une courte distance de marche de la plage, piscine, centre de tennis et terrains de golf. Profitez de la vue et le lagon boisées de votre terrasse privée. Deux chambres de maître disposent salle de bains privée. Cuisine est équipée d'un sol carrelé et d'une table à manger avec des sièges pour six. Living comprend une grande télévision à écran plat et porte coulissante sur le balcon. Cette villa de location sera votre maison loin de chez vous sur Hilton Head Island. Les animaux domestiques ne sont autorisés que dans cette location de vacances d'octobre à mars. Un chien de moins de 40 lbs est autorisé. Lorsque vous sélectionnez un animal de compagnie à la caisse, des frais pour cet animal seront ajoutés à votre réservation après la réservation.

Unfortunately the walls are thin so you hear the neighbours. Especially the ones in the unit above walking around and talking. Fortunately they didn't stay up late so the house was quiet at night. Overall, we love staying with Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.

Very mediocre experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh where to begin. Guest need to be aware they are staying in an apartment building. Paper thin walls - you will hear every noise all day and night. Neighbors had a dog that barked constantly. The bathrooms looked in poor shape and much of the interior looked dated. Not worth the price.

Not ready for occupancy. Not great tennis facilities.

The condo was not ready when we arrived. There were no towels and no sheets. Because it was after 6, we had to wait until the next day for towels and sheets. Once we got our bikes from the nicest guys at the nearby rental facility, vacation got a whole lot better. Biked everywhere we could. While the signs read that cars had the right of way, cars did stop for riders. The people at the tennis desk not super friendly and tennis courts not very well kept. Beach very nice and general store a great spot for morning coffee. It was nice to have a pool nearby too. Apartment clean and well-kept with convenient appliances like microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - awesome!

We had several issues in the 7833 unit. Firstly, the hot water was not working. All showers were ice cold. Secondly, we had internet and cable issues after the first day that were not able to be resolved during our visit. Overall a decent place but these issues soured the experience a bit

Loved this property

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit was perfectly located in Palmetto dunes. Well quipped kitchen. The only reason I did not give this property a 5 star rating is because the ends were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that we have zero complaints and would recommend this property.

Great Stay

Excellent stay, very well equipped condo in every respect! Easy walk to restaurants, beach and General Store. And the staff at the Palmetto Dunes office are great! Shout out to Demetrea for sure!
