Surf Court 7 - ForĂȘt Beach Townhouse

Surf Court est un complexe axĂ© sur l'ocĂ©an avec des appartements du premier Ă©tage, deux Ă©tages et trois Ă©tages maisons de ville. Surf Cour 7 est une maison de deux Ă©tages, d'un vol au dessus du niveau de la rue. Surf Court 7 a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© en 2011. La cuisine et les 2 1/2 salles de bains ont Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement refaites. Lit King dans la chambre principale, deux reines dans la chambre 2, canapĂ©-lit du salon. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est en face de la plage dans une direction et du centre de tennis Van der Meer dans l’autre. Les vacanciers qui recherchent un bon rapport ne me dĂ©range pas la courte promenade vers et depuis l'ocĂ©an et comme le stationnement Ă  la porte de leur condo. Un escalier en colimaçon depuis le balcon vivant offre un accĂšs facile Ă  la cour magnifiquement paysagĂ© et grande piscine. Surf Cour est dans les 3 blocs de Coligny Plaza et le Park Beach & Market. Ce centre-ville pittoresque offre Ă  ses clients une large sĂ©lection de restaurants, des magasins et des divertissements pour tous les Ăąges.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette villa, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Plage Coligny Beach. Parmi les prestations de cet hébergement, on compte une laverie. L'accÚs Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine sont disponibles dans cette villa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Court 7 was very clean. We had a comfortable stay in this unit. The unit could use a couple of new skillets, especially a large one. No reflection on this unit, but Surf Court needs to improve the odor in each of the units. Having stayed at various different units, the odor is always present. Once home we needed to air out our luggage, and rewash all of our clothes to remove the lingering odor.

Master bed comfortable( a must for me) pillows could definitely be updated( few more softer ones would be nice) . Only concern, if you are older, or have young children, this condo could be problem. Very steep stairs to get in condo, then very steep stairs to get to upper bedrooms. Definitely would not want to do it with young children. Perfect for just husband and myself who are in good shape. Perfect location for walking and biking to everything!

It would be helpful to have more lighting out front. Space was well equipped, clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot water ran out very quickly. There were 3 of us in the condo and there was no hot water after one shower. Close walk to beach and coligny.

Great property near the beach.

This condo had a fully equipped kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and Coligny. It is a great place to stay. The only drawbacks were the steep entrance stairs and a musty odor. That being said, we would stay there again.

Biggest issue was a lingering odor - our guess is that smokers have stayed in this unit or the owners are smokers. We used lots of fabreeze, but couldn't get the odor to go away.

Rental company office is maybe 1/2 mile away, we picked up key after hours. Condo is spacious, an older building but updated a few years ago. Lpcation was nice and quiet.Kitchen is well stocked. The only negative was the bathroom mat in the second bedroom was mouldy. We would book this property again

The rest or stay and vacation there was fabulous. We will definatly be renting though this company again!!
