There is also a powder room located just off the living area for added convenience.

Up the stairs you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, a work station and a spacious private balcony overlooking the lagoon. The attached bathroom features a large granite top vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and two twin beds, Smart TV and a large private balcony overlooking the parking area and grounds. This room also has a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

The owners of the property have an upgraded high-speed mesh wifi system for guests to use. They've also supplied a basketball and 4 pickleball paddles.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
