Welcome to the definition of South Carolina Lowcountry living! This 5 bedroom, 3 bath Shipyard home is the perfect place for your next group getaway on Hilton Head Island!

Just beyond the foyer is an open recreation room with a pool table and two plush leather chairs. The kitchen offers an island, granite countertops, a bay window, and stainless steel appliances. A dry bar with three bar stools serves as the perfect place to sip some wine. The living room offers a 4 piece sitting group, a mounted flat screen, and access to the backyard.

Gloucester 19 sleeps 13 guests in 5 inviting bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms offer, two twin size beds, a set of bunks with a single twin-size bed, a full-size bed, and a queen size bed. There are two additional showers for these bedrooms to share. For added convenience, a washer and dryer is located in the home for all your laundry needs.

Enjoy the finest in Hilton Head outdoor living from this stunning Shipyard rental in Hilton Head. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The backyard is outfitted with a dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and a propane grill.

**Heat is available for the pool only. The pool can be heated for an additional cost. The spa will ONLY heat to pool temperature and cannot be heated independently.**

Garage is not available for guest use.

Fun, Relaxing, and cozy stay at 19 Glaucester

We LOVED this house and pool! The location was convenient and the layout was perfect for my handicapped Dad + 6 active kids ranging in age from 4-13. We came home to a broken thermostat one afternoon and by the time we returned from dinner it had been replaced and the house was cool again. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again next year!

Overall experience was great and will consider booking again

The location and house accomadations were spot on for what we wanted in our trip. The house was clean however the outside appearence could have been much better. There are a lot of trees so keeping the pool area clean is not easy however, it did not appear to be cleaned before our arrival. It was very nice to have activities at the home for those who did not want to go out in the evenings. Overall great experience.

Great location

Located in shipyard neighborhood with private beach access, walking paths, golf course, etc. some extra cleaning was needed but it happens in sandy areas. There was an issue with needing parking passes but the management company got us taken care of quickly. We noticed a little mold in one room as well. We would stay here again, pending the mold spot gets fixed. All of the kids loved the pool.

Overall good and comfortable

The location was great as it was central to what's on HHI as well as having beach access within the property was nice bonus! The floors were a dirtier than expected as our feet showed after the first couple of nights. The overall layout of the home was great and comfortable for our family of 5, family of 4 and 3 grandparents to stay at. Some unfortunate things that occurred was 1) the internet/wi-fi being inconsistent and finding out it was controlled by a switch no where near the router; 2) there could've been more plates and bowls available for a house that accommodates up to 13 people - there was 6 bowls and 10 plates.; 3) the grill was rusty so we didn't use it as planned. Positive things: 1) Large family table to enjoy meals at 2) Plenty of silverware, serving dishes, appliances and cooking utensils 3) extra fridge space provided by the wine and mini fridge at the bar area.

Everything you need is there

When I got to the neighborhood it was beautiful. The house is very spacious plenty of space to park. The house is very clean and the pool area is nice. The pool man even came the next day to clean the pool. This house has everything you need. Me and my family definitely coming back.
