Back door access to partially covered Trex deck. Half bath on first floor. Plenty of board games and puzzles to enjoy. Bedrooms located on 2nd floor. Master BR with king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and cable TV. Second bedroom overlooks golf course, comfortably accommodates two queen beds (sleeps 4), private bath with a walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. Screen doors (front & back) allow breeze to pass through Villa on cooler days.
