Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a balcony to take in the Calibogue Sound. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a king bedroom with an ensuite featuring a combination tub and shower.

Construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, weather permitting. No noisy work will begin before 8 AM.
