Fantastic location and oceanfront! Larger than the other 1 bedroom we stayed at. Loved all the hooks for hanging towels and things and extra baskets and bins for stowing away stuff so that it dodnt overcrowd the smaller space. Would love to stay again!

Great place

The condo was small for 6 but the owners had baskets for our things and other nice accommodations. Very close to beach access and pool. Easy walk to shops and ice cream. We enjoyed our week there.

First time in Hilton head was wonderful

The unit was very nicely decorated and perfect for what we needed for the three of us. It was very clean and stocked with all the things you would need for your trip. It faced the ocean and we could easily see the pool which was wonderful. Would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future!

Fall beach vacation

our first trip to Hilton Head worked out wonderfully. The condo we rented was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and updated. We had a great view of the ocean and the pool from our balcony. Nice short walk to the beach too! Would definitely rent again,

Great place!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! We were able to sit on our balcony every night and watch the deer down below us as they ate. We were able to see the diving seagulls at the ocean as well. It is the perfect spot, in the perfect area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had!

Perfect location with great view

We found this to be an absolutely perfect location (we took frequent walks and bike rides to Coligny square, and long bike rides along the beach to the southern tip of the island), with a beautiful view, a nice heated pool, and a grill area that we enjoyed using. The only things that could have made it better would be if it had electronic vs. key entry, and a more comfortable pull-out bed.

Great place

This was our second time to stay at this location. We find it to be in the perfect spot close to everything. We accidentally got locked out of the room and was stuck on the balcony. We called to get help. Help arrived within 30 minutes and we were so grateful! We cannot wait to come back for another 8 day vacation!

It has all the comforts of home, especially in the kitchen. Floors could be cleaner but it’s an indoor outdoor house. The pool needs more umbrellas. Staff was excellent and always helpful. All in all a wonderful getaway.

Location was fantastic!

Had a wonderful time! Unit was exactly what we needed. Wish the management company would add a link to the listing to communicate before booking. Just a couple of cons. Handles in the tub need to be fixed, AC trips the breaker, and no storage for dry food. Other than those minor issues, unit had everything we needed.

Love being oceanfront and enjoying that view in the living room and sitting on the porch. It's close to the shops and the staff is great at welcoming you home when we visit! Love this place!

It needs a dehumidifier in there, it felt like the bedding was damp from the humidity. In the master bedroom, the plantation shutters do not block out the light from the outside hall so the room is not dark and has light coming in. It also has no light but lamps in the living room. It needs a ceiling fan or a light on the ceiling. So you can’t play any games at night because you can’t see.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed here during 4th of July week-- very busy.First the positives:- Place was clean- 2 wall a/c's worked really well keeping us cool- Automatic ice maker worked well!- Nice landscaping, Pool was nice, grills were clean (we used both amenities), plenty of bike racks.Negatives:- Main A/C wall unit vents to balcony making it a bit noisy and hot (but small price to pay for how well it worked)- We (and about 10 others) had to park illegally every night after dinner. Bring a jeep or suv so you can put a wheel in the landscaping. Take your bike rack off to save space. Get up early to move your car to a safer spot in the morning.Overall, we would stay there again! go for it!

The unit is small which is fine for two people but if you put six people in it there is no room for luggage. Slider door was missing a panel for privacy. You got one hot shower a day from the hot water heater. It smelled musty and like mildew. We removed the filters and they were awful. We have pictures of those. They did take care of that. They are non responsive over the weekends. Below it asked how we would like are name displayed. Trust me when I say it isn’t Stan P from Irvine,NA. What is that even. We love Ocean Dunes and have stayed before but will not go through Vacation Time Rentals again.

We are not complaining people, but we were very unhappy when we checked into the room. I really think the owner should be informed.1. Silverware in drawer was put away with caked on food! Gross.2. Someone's old water bottle was between the bed and nightstand! How they put clean sheets on is beyond me.3. Dust under the bed has been there for some time.4. The front door always took minutes to try to open. That really needs to be changed.5. The sliding door and screen definitely needs to be replaced. Very difficult to move.6. Hairs all over the bathroom floor.
