Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

A stunning retreat in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, designed for relaxation and entertaining. Step into the bright and inviting living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer serene views of the golf course. Comfortable seating, a smart TV, and access to the deck make this the perfect spot to unwind.

To the left, the formal dining room features seating for eight and overlooks the deck and kitchen area. The spacious kitchen boasts a center island and a cozy breakfast nook with additional seating for four. With easy access to both the dining room and the outdoor deck, this space is ideal for hosting gatherings. Nearby, the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king-sized bed, smart TV, and a private patio with beautiful golf course views. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower, creating a luxurious retreat. Across the hall, a second bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and easy access to a hallway bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the hallway overlooks the main living area and connects two additional bedrooms. Bedroom three includes two twin-sized beds, a bean bag, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo. Bedroom four, located across across the hallway, features a queen-sized bed with golf course views, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outside, the backyard is an entertainer’s dream. Enjoy the private pool and spa, or relax on the wraparound deck, which includes a propane grill, a dining table, and partial shade for comfort. Take in spectacular views of the pool, the lagoon, and the 2nd hole of the Robert Trent Jones golf course.

Great stay!

We had the very best time at this house. Beds were so comfy and the house was clean upon arrival. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, silverware and pots/pans. The pool is perfect for everyone including small children. The house does border a hole on the golf course so being aware while we were out in the yard and pool that a ball could come our way was something we needed to be but overall no complaints!

Stay at High Water

Overall, this property was very nice and well-suited for our large family. The amenities were a fantastic touch — we especially enjoyed the lovely pool and the beautiful view of the golf course. One of the highlights was that each bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower, which made everything much more convenient and comfortable for everyone.The location of the house was somewhat decent. It was about a mile to a mile and a half walk to the beach, which was fairly easy to bike to. However, we couldn’t find designated beach parking, so walking or biking seemed to be the only access option. One downside was that, since the property is located in the middle of the island, every trip off the property required a 10 minute drive just to get out of the community.We did run into a couple of minor issues — the screen door to the porch was broken and difficult to open and close, and a few electrical outlets didn’t work properly. Fortunately, these were just small inconveniences and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, we will be returning soon!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

We have a family group that plans annually to meet up somewhere. This year was Hilton Head. This was our best vacation together ever. The house was perfect with all the things you would need for fun at the beach, at the pool and just having fun together! The area was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful golf courses and a neighborhood that lent itself to walking, riding bikes or just sitting and enjoying the scenery. We are already talking about how to do another trip just like this one! We highly recommend this amazing place!!

Wonderful Stay

The property is very nice, was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub are game changers for relaxing. Location was beautiful, a little far from the beach but we knew that when we selected it. Coastal is a breeze to deal with on the prebooking. A few things to mention: There is a really loud "dumping" of water that occurs regularly underneath the house. May be a sump pump or similar, but would be good to warn renters. Also, a large black wasp's nest is at the back glass sliding door from the breakfast area. Instructions on the hot tub would be helpful. With 7 women, we ran out of toilet paper very quickly, would have been good to have more. Also, a list of what renters may want to bring - paper towels, liquid hand soap, etc. would be helpful. Coastal is an excellent company to deal with and it was clear they tried to go the extra mile. Earlier check in and later check out (even if just an hour on each end) would be a HUGE plus! Thank you again.

Family Vacation

Overall, we had a really nice time at 6 High Water. Palmetto Dunes is an absolutely picturesque community. With the bikes provided, we often took a morning ride to enjoy the beautiful views and the many meandering deer. The house was spacious and provided each group of our party with their own space. We throughly enjoyed the pool every day. There were some beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and water tubes left behind which was a welcome surprise. We did run into a snag at the beginning of the trip and unfortunately, could not reach Costal Vacations via phone or email. We were extremely lucky to be connected with the home owner who was able to help us. When we did connect with CV, they were apologetic and worked with us to rectify. One comment for improvement would be to freshen up the kitchen equipment (pots, pans, cutting boards, etc.) It was a random assortment and fairly worn.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The home was spacious with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The pool and hot tub were used at the end of each day and made for a perfect ending of the day. Loved the proximity to the beach which was an easy bike ride away. My only suggestion is for house cleaning to run the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom once in a while in order to clean the jets out. Overall it’s a beautiful house and we had a great time!

Beautiful location and beautiful house. Awesome salt water pool and hot tub. Kids had a blast! Very quiet neighborhood and relaxing get away. Property was slightly dirty.
