15 Dewberry is a single-level, pet-friendly home in the Greenwood Forest neighborhood of Sea Pines! Guests will enjoy access to the community pool and a central location to South Beach Marina, Harbour Town and walking distance to the Shops at Sea Pines Center! Sea Pines features activities for all ages with 3 world-class golf courses, miles of walking and biking paths under stunning oak trees draped in Spanish moss, a beach club, a pickleball and tennis center, renowned oceanfront dining options, kid-friendly mermaid, and pirate excursions, and more! While the community has so much to offer, so does 15 Dewberry!

When you stay at 15 Dewberry, you will be immersed in a coastal paradise with high end finishes, a game room, Carolina room, outdoor space off almost every bedroom and plenty of space for everyone in your group to relax! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a gated courtyard and spacious backyard for entertaining. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the main living space. After a long day at the beach or exploring the Island, you can relax on the spacious sectional and watch your favorite movie on the smart TV! Just off the living room, you will find one of our favorite rooms in the house, the Carolina room! This room features a luxurious day bed swing and coastal hammock swing, the perfect hang out spot.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features high end appliances with a gas stove. This home has plenty of dining spaces for all with a kitchen nook overlooking the front courtyard, the perfect place for your morning coffee, a formal dining room off the living room and outdoor dining space! Outside, guests can enjoy comfortable lounge seating under the umbrella, gather around the fire pit or enjoy a meal together at the dining table, all on the newly paved patio with private putting greens! Our artificial turf putting green is ideal for golfers of every skill level. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this backyard green is fun for everyone! The 3-hole green is designed to challenge and improve your game. Spanning 35-38 feet, the green allows you to practice both short and long putts. With a stimp rating of 11, professional-grade cups, and built with left-to-right angulations, it closely mimics the realistic conditions of nearby golf courses on Hilton Head Island.

Off the front courtyard or through the first bedroom, guests will find the amazing game room and sitting area! This section of the house features a mini bar with a toaster oven, mini fridge, Keurig, sink and storage for everyone's favorite snack! This area is sure to impress any age with a full-size air hockey table, foosball table, PS4, Nintendo Wii, board games and seating area with a private courtyard!

Off the game room, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a hidden smart TV that raises from the dresser at the foot of the bed, and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo and spacious vanity. On the other end of the house, you will find the other 3 bedrooms providing additional privacy for everyone in your group. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed with a private decked courtyard, a smart TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo! Bedroom 3 featured a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, desk and chair and a private decked courtyard! Bedroom 4 features a king-sized, a smart TV and private decked courtyard. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located just outside bedrooms 3 & 4.

Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $15 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
