Shipyard Plantation offers a Beach Club with beach access, three golf courses, and 12 miles of leisure trails for biking and hiking, making for a tranquil and peaceful getaway. In your downtime, lounge about the glittering pool on-site or indulge in some friendly competition on the tennis and pickleball courts.

Inside, you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the fireplace, or watching your favorite shows on the large TV in the living room area. The private balcony makes for the best place to drink your morning coffee as the sun rises through the Spanish-mossed trees. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated working space is available with a chair and desk for remote work. With two beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a private balcony entrance, a TV for private viewing, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest suite also includes its own bathroom.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
