The property was just lovely! The Condo had everything and more! The location was perfect. Close to the beach and Coligny Shopping Center. The owner was great and replied to all questions promptly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at this property again!!!

Great unit that has been nicely renovated. Kids loved the Murphy bunk beds. Location of the property was ideal with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely rent it again.

Great little gem in the heart of Coligny!

Just got back from traveling with my husband and teenage son and I can't say enough good things about this property. You can't beat the location - on the beach and walking distance to so many great shops and bars/restaurants. The heated pool was a great treat during some of the cooler days during our visit and Pool Bar Jim's is conveniently located poolside so drinks and snacks are never out of reach. The unit itself is very well maintained and had everything you could want. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit HHI!

We have been wanting to stay at Seaside for a few years now and it did not disappoint. From the close proximity to Coligny and all the shops and restaurants to Pool Bar Jim’s it was a great experience. Our condo was perfect and it was updated and had a great view. Our host Julie was great to communicate with and everything was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again!

Sensational Seacrest

Beautiful Hilton Head Island is our family paradise! We love being in the heart of North Forest Beach and stay there every year. This year we wanted to try a different VRBO than our usual location and we are sure glad we did! From scheduling our stay and through our stay, Julie was an amazing host. She answered all of my questions and was prompt kind and professional. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is amazing. The location is in a perfect spot. A very close walk accross the street and you have all you need in Coligny Plaza. Restaurants Shopping and a Grocery store... but the best thing about this property is that we were right on the beach with access to two large pools on the Seacrest property. Park your car for your stay because with this prime location you will not need it. The parking garage is safe and secure with plenty of parking and bell hops and bike racks should you need it. 5 plus atars. We did not want to leave and can not wait to come back.We cant thank you enough Jule. We hope to stay again next year..

Wonderful place. Location is great, safe area and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great pots and pans, great utensils and a nice coffee maker. The bed was great. Honestly, one of the best places we’ve stayed. Host was great.

Best Host Ever!

This property is perfect for a couple or just for one person. The view of the beach is amazing and the kitchen is the most equipped I have ever seen. I was able to make multiple sides and desserts for Thanksgiving in the condos’ kitchen. There is only bedroom, but there are several other options for beds in the living room area. There is also a quarter bath in addition to the full master bath. You’re not going to get closer to the beach than this building. Julie is an amazing host and has great recommendations for Hilton Head and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again.

Excellent Beach location

We highly recommend Julie’s condo on Coligny Beach. As first time visitors, the location on the island couldn’t be better. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are right out the door. The unit is beautifully appointed and well equipped. There is a lovely ocean view off the balcony. We highly recommend renting bikes from Cross Island Bike company. We spent days 3 days exploring Hilton Head on bikes. The trails are everywhere. We will definitely be back.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This rental unit was amazing!!! It is in a great location, just steps away from the beach and Coligny Plaza is right across the street. We never had to move our car since everything was within walking distance. The unit has everything you need and more. We did not cook during our 3 night stay but the kitchen has everything you need to make it feel like home. Julie was very easy to reach and check in was simple. This unit had tons of storage and the pictures do not do it justice. The sunrise from the balcony each morning was beautiful. It doesn’t hurt that Pool Bar Jim’s is right by the pool area. Great food and drinks were had. We will definitely be back!

Our best stay in Hilton Head!

I wish I could put into words how amazing our stay was at this condo! We have been coming to Hilton Head every summer for the past 10 years. This was our first stay during the fall. I will no longer be renting from anyone else nor staying anywhere else. This condo spoiled myself and my family. The condo was beautiful and CLEAN! Very updated with all the necessary things you need to cook, and clean. I never cook on vacation and the kitchen I couldn’t wait to cook in it! I will also say that Julie was very easy to communicate with in and check out. Thank you so much for providing my family and myself a lovely stay. We look forward to our next booking this summer with you! Also, a huge plus it’s a short walk to the beach! 🏖️

Great Unit, Great Location

Very nicely updated and appointed unit. Very nice view of the ocean as well. The unit was nice and bright. The TV's have been updated to much larger units since the pictures were taken which was nice. If there was any negative, it was the fact that the bedroom faces the hallway and the plantation shutters didn't give the impression of 100% privacy. We hung a sheet from them, but some kind of additional pull down blind behind the shutters would be nice. All of the units were this way, so it's not just this unit. It hardly took away from our great stay. Thanks for a great stay Julie.

Summer Trip to HHI

I’ve been coming to HHI for the past 20 years. We generally stay at Seacrest. This was our first one bedroom booking. It suited our needs perfectly with the including murphy bed. The excellent view of the ocean was a surprise. It’s newer to the rental market. The only suggestion I’d have is to label all the switches. There seemed to be multiple switches that appeared to do nothing.

The best vacation!

My husband, toddler and I had such a wonderful time in HHI staying at this beautiful condo! We’ve stayed at the Seacrest numerous times and this is the nicest room we’ve had yet! The kitchen is gorgeous and wide open to the dining & living room. Loved the bedroom and having 2 bathrooms. The big bathtub was a hit for our toddler! The balcony view was perfect for looking at the ocean. And the Cuisinart oven was our favorite lol! Awesome for making a quick pizza to snack on! This is a must stay!! We will be back! :)

This was our 4th visit to Hilton Head, and this property was by far our favorite place we've stayed! You cannot beat the view from the room or the easy walk to the pool and beach. Outstanding Condo

This is a really great rental property and we very much enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean is better than the pictures show, Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shopping is right across the street, the unit was quiet, very clean and had everything we needed. The pools, hot tubs and poolside bar were all great additions. I had no complaints about the condo, which says a lot since I’m pretty picky, so don’t hesitate to consider a stay here.

Relaxing family get away

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach condo in Hilton Head close to Coligny beach, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The condo was beautifully furnished with updated furniture, and the beds were incredibly comfy. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and convenient to use, allowing us to make the most of the space without rearranging any furniture. The decor was so relaxing and really set the mood for a peaceful beach vacation. The proximity to Coligny beach was perfect, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever I wanted. In the evenings, we all gathered to enjoy family movie nights on the flat screen tvs with the variety of streaming channels provided. What impressed us the most was that the hosts had truly thought of everything, making it easy for us to unpack and settle in, allowing us to fully enjoy our time at the condo. And - it was clean! We absolutely enjoyed spending time on the balcony with the view of the ocean and beach. I would highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay in Hilton Head.
