Unwind and relax at BELLA VISTA! This professionally decorated custom home is in a premiere location of Palmetto Dunes Resort. This home boasts breathtaking lagoon and golf views along one of the widest parts of the 11-mile lagoon system and 13th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. Bella Vista offers the privacy you long for on vacation, yet still only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and amenities of Palmetto Dunes.

As you approach Bella Vista, a majestic Live Oak tree welcomes you to start enjoying the beautiful natural setting of this property. The 12 foot ceilings and oversized windows draw you into the spectacular view, one of the best views in all of Palmetto Dunes. Watch the beautiful sunrise from 3 bedroom suites or 2 covered terraces!

The first floor has an open concept great room with large eat-in kitchen and dining area, and a comfy sectional with large HDTV. With a dining table for 10, kitchen table for 6, and breakfast bar for 3, there is enough seating for everyone to gather for large family meals. There is also a second sitting/tv room for those that want to break off from the group. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need, even for a seafood boil. The spacious master suite on the first floor has a magnificent view, king Marriott mattress, his and her walk-in closets, a luxurious bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, and access to the covered back terrace. The second bedroom downstairs offers a queen Marriott bed with walk-in closet and built-in desk area. Two separate half bathrooms (one off foyer and one off side door) and spacious laundry room completes the first floor.

Just a few steps up is the kids' domain with an ensuite bunkroom. There are 2 twin over full bunks. Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Bunkroom is a great space for the kids to separate from the adults for tv, movies, and gaming.

On the second floor, you'll enter a fun bonus room with large tv, pool table, and arcade game. Open the sliders to enter a great escape in the covered terrace. This bonus room separates the 2 upstairs suites, one king and one with two queens. Each suite has a magnificent view, Marriott beds, large walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as access to the covered terrace. The upstairs terrace is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, practice yoga, or relax with an evening cocktail.

From 3 private spacious suites to an amazing kids' room and multiple areas to spread out, Bella Vista offers plenty of room for your next multi-family beach or golf and tennis vacation! And we haven't even started on the outdoor space...

The covered terraces and multi-tier deck overlook a spacious sport pool (35 ft. long) and private dock. Come and find your favorite spot to soak in the lagoon and golf views while you enjoy all the passing wildlife. There are 2 dining tables, loungers, rockers, and a Weber grill for you to enjoy outdoor entertaining. With birdwatching, fishing, boating, and games like pool volleyball and cornhole, there is something for all ages at Bella Vista. A canoe and single kayak are available for guest use. Additional kayaks/canoes may be rented from Hilton Head Outfitters.

Our visit to Hilton Head was great! This house was spectacular - very clean, plenty of room for my group of four. We loved our stay. It was our second time staying at this place and find it to be the perfect location if not able to be on the beach, it’s very close. The grandkids loved fishing from the dock, canoeing, kayaking, and the pool. Upstairs pool table and games were a hit with them also.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay!We had an excellent experience at this home during Thanksgiving week. The layout is incredibly spacious with large rooms, two comfortable family areas, and a dining spaces with tons of seating for everyone. The kitchen is big and well-equipped, making it easy to cook for a group.Our kids absolutely loved the bunk room—it was a huge hit and gave them their own fun space to hang out. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the lagoon, which made for a peaceful backdrop and some really fun fishing right off the property.Communication with the owner was exceptional as well—quick, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for space, comfort, and a great Hilton Head location!
