SANDLAPPERS Folly Field Beach, Hilton Head at Fiddler's Cove walk to the beach

Welcome to "Sandlappers"! "Sandlappers" is an inviting and updated 2 bedroom/2bath condo in Fiddler's Cove Beach & Racquet Club. You are minutes from the beautiful beaches, golf courses that are world-renowned, plenty of shopping and many great local restaurants.

Our beachy condo is located on the second-floor of building 5 (no elevator). The 757 sq. ft. space consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, living area and a balcony. This is perfect for a group of 4! You are walking distance (approx 8 minutes) to the beach entrance. Folly Field Beach Park offers a boardwalk with beach mats for ease of walking. There are also bathrooms and outdoor showers at the newly renovated beach park.

If you are wanting a little more room to stretch out between you and other beach goers, Fiddler's Cove offers a more private beach access also. At this access point, there are no bathrooms, outdoor showers, or beach mats.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen size bed and large dresser. It has an en-suite with a shower/tub combo along with a vanity for your personal items.

The GUEST BEDROOM has two twin beds and a chest of drawers. The 2ND BATHROOM that is available for the guest bedroom consists of an en-suite with a shower/tub combo along with a vanity for your personal items.

Linens and towels are provided for both bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bathroom also has a hair dryer for your use.

The LIVING ROOM has a large screen smart TV with cable, a sofa and loveseat, a slipper chair, board games and cards. All of the furniture is brand new and super comfy. There is also high speed WIFI throughout.

The DINING AREA more than comfortably seats four. There are 4 chairs and bench seating at this table.

In the KITCHEN you will see beautiful quartz countertops and new cabinets. The kitchen is well stocked with new dishes (porcelain and plastic) , glasses and wine glasses. There are pots and pans, casserole dishes, a blender, a mixer, mixing bowls, a regular coffee maker in addition to the Keurig coffee maker, and a toaster along with other kitchen gadgets.

The kitchen also has a dishwasher, microwave, and will include a STARTER supply of dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, a paper towel roll, sponge, trash bags, and dish cloths. There is also a stackable washer and dryer that will come with detergent for 2 loads of LAUNDRY.

For BEACH fun, we do offer a beach wagon for your use, beach toys, beach chairs and a cooler bag. Don't forget to bring your beach towels!

While at Fiddler's Cove, there are many amenities to help you enjoy your stay.

AMENITIES:
-There are 2 pools on site. Both are HEATED and COOLED depending on the season. The pools are open March 1 thru November 1. The larger pool also offers a hot tub. The smaller of the 2 pools is directly across the parking lot from the condo and just steps away.
-Right beside the smaller pool is the clubhouse. Here you will find a ping pong table and cornhole boards. There is also a small room that has a treadmill, elliptical and exercise bike.
-On site are 4 pickleball courts and 7 Har-Tru tennis courts.
-The property also has 2 indoor racquetball courts.
-Multiple "tot lots" are throughout the property and within easy walking distance.
-BBQ grills are also available for your use. Both gas and charcoal grills are located beside the building.

GETTING AROUND:
For a lot of people, a vehicle is the easiest and fastest way to travel the whole island. Other people love to travel by bike on one of the many popular bike paths. In Fiddler's Cove, another neat feature is being near the Breeze Trolley (Stop #15) which stops near our building. It runs seasonally (generally April to Labor Day) and makes stops throughout the Island.

Fiddler's Cove is a quiet, family friendly community. It is centrally located to all things Hilton Head. We would love to have you stay at "Sandlappers"!
