All linens and terry are provided. Please bring your favorite beach & pool towels. A few beach chairs and a small beach cart are provided for your convenience.



A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom. In addition, we start you off with laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish washer detergent, paper towels, sponge. **Please note : if you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.



Hilton Head Beach Club has an on-site pool.

Parking: 2 car maximum. One assigned spot-one additional car may park in an unmarked spot, available on first arrival basis.

Coligny Beach Park- one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It is a 7 minute walk from the townhouse and offers outdoor showers, restrooms, seasonal beach rentals, seasonal life guards and WIFI.



Coligny Plaza-Has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all! Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is also a leisurely 7 minute walk from the townhouse.



Coligny Theater-Known to have the best popcorn on the Island is also centrally located.



Two outlet malls are a 15 minute drive and the historic cities of Charleston and Savannah are a must see!
