Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This Palmetto Dunes beach home features 4 bedrooms and is only a short walk to the beach—that is, if you ever want to leave this gem!

15 Sea Lane features a spacious open floor plan and plenty of natural sunlight! Unwind in the living room as you watch TV on the flatscreen or read one of your favorite novels. Plenty of seating ensures families can all be together without feeling crowded. The newly renovated, spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space and is perfect for prepping beach snacks or cooking a meal for the family. The kitchen features 4 bar stools and a table for 4, and the formal dining table can seat up to 8. The Carolina Room offers additional living space where you can unwind with a book. It also has a television located inside. Outside, you have a private porch with a patio table to sit and enjoy nature.

The private and heatable pool is just a short trip down the steps and is surrounded by lush landscaping to give you more privacy. If you're lucky enough, you'll witness the beautiful Carolina wildlife right from your backyard!

The first bedroom is downstairs and features a comfy king-sized bed. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and has two twin beds, making it perfect for the kids. At the top of the staircase, to the right, you will find the master bedroom, a cozy room that features a king bed and a ceiling fan to keep circulation going on those hot days. The large master bathroom features a vanity as well as a walk-in shower. The huge walk-in closet is perfect for keeping those clothes nice and fresh for a night out on the town. From the staircase to the left, you will find the fourth bedroom, featuring a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. This room has its own ensuite bathroom and has plenty of floor space. 15 Sea Lane is ready for it all!

‱ The pool can be heated for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heating must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

15 Sea Lane is within walking/biking distances of the ocean. The pool was a big hit with our family! We had everything we needed when we decided to cook at the house such as pots and pans and plates. The house was big enough for the 6 of us. And the washer and dryer was a plus.Very thankful for the beautiful home to rent.

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of bath linens, lovely home, and big enough for everyone to have their own space, as well as large open spaces where we could congregate together. The only downside for us was that there weren't any "extras", such as beach supplies (wagon, umbrella, etc.) Coming from Washington state, we're not able to bring those sorts of things with us. We had a mishap the first night, the property management company was extremely attentive, handling our issue within the hour of notification. They were fantastic. All in all, a truly wonderful week!

Great house for extended family

This house checks all the boxes. Kitchen has top of the line appliances. Bathrooms are renovated and spectacular. Pool is large with a bonus in pool sitting bench. Short .25 walk to beach access.

We love this home!

We had an amazing time at this vacation home! The walk to the beach was not bad at all, only 10 minutes, even with six children ages 9 and under. I would recommend using bikes/ strollers/ wagons to help out as well (the commute was a breeze once we did this). The home itself was perfect. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with anything we needed. One thing to note, two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, and one is right off of the living/dining room. So, if you have kids who need to go to sleep earlier (it’s a room with two twin beds), the sound from the main spaces travels into this room. Not a huge deal though. Overall we had an amazing time, the property management group was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. We love this property and would love to go back!

Enjoyed our Easter break

We enjoyed a two week visit to Hilton head in a comfortable and nicely appointed home. The kids especially appreciated the swimming pool, and spent some fun hours enjoying it. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than what was stated on the website, but still easily accomplished, even by the little ones. The deck/barbecue area needs to be cleaned up a bit, power washed, and painted. The grill should be replaced.

Master shower is amazing - backyard doesn’t get the sun we expected - heated pool very nice (expensive add on though), house needs some updates as far as cleanliness of furniture and such, and lastly, trash was present around house, when we arrived.

Highly Recommend!

This property is nicely updated and spacious for up to 8 people. We had the pool heated and it was well worth it. The deck could use a good power wash along with the outdoor furniture with the high pollen counts. Close proximity to the beach, general store, and pickle ball courts. We had a wonderful stay.

Disappointing stay in Hilton Head

Just returned from a disappointing stay at this property The house had been recently renovated and the renovations were not completed before our arrival. We had several days of contractors in the house completing the work that needed to be done. We should have been told that the property was not finished and offered another property. For example — No towel racks or toilet paper holders in the bathrooms Construction trash in the yard No mirror in one of the bathrooms (this took 5 days to fix) Dead lightbulbs that needed to be replaced Expired fridge filter that needed to be replaced Broken interior doors Moreover, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and looked very old. The garbage was never picked up during our stay. Finally the bridge that served as beach access for this property was closed and was being replaced. We should have been advised of that and offered another property to stay at by Island Time Hilton Head, the management company. We asked the management company for compensation for our inconvenience. To date, we have heard nothing from them. Over the years, we have stayed at many properties in several countries. I have never experienced anything like this.

Absolutely Perfect!

The home was very clean. Check in was very easy and friendly. Communication and response of the property manager was A+. Our family includes two adults and 4 children age 10 and under. The home was perfect and had more than enough space to accommodate us plus extra should we have had other family join us. Easy access to the beach, walk was less than 10 minutes. The pool set up is amazing and very relaxing, saw deer every day. Wonderful view of the golf course! We love HHI and will repeat the area and possibly this home again!
