1652 Bluff Villas is a first-floor end unit villa with a lovely open floorplan that includes a spacious living room with plenty of seating around a large coffee table, perfect for a family game or movie night. The new sofa has a queen-size sleeper. The full-equipped kitchen opens into the living space, with a large island counter and breakfast bar. The whole villa has new vinyl plank flooring and there is a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed with an updated en suite. The guest bedroom features a set of twin beds and great closet space and is across from the updated hall bathroom.

South Beach Marina is only steps away from your villa for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Great Location

The unit was in an ideal location for our needs. Everything appeared to be relatively clean EXCEPT the hall bathtub had tons of someone else’s hair in it and it was obvious that the floors had not been mopped as my 2yr olds feet were FILTHY after walking barefoot through the unit. When these 2 things happen, it makes you question the cleanliness of everything in the unit. There was mold/mildew on the master bathroom ceiling and the glass on the shower could stand to be cleaned thoroughly. Upon arrival on Saturday a lightbulb in a lamp located in the twin bedroom blew. We called Host2Coast and requested a replacement. We had to call again on Wednesday before anyone came out with a bulb. Found this a little frustrating as there were no ceiling fans or overhead lights in the bedrooms so that room was very dimly lit after dark. The showers had great water pressure but seeing as the advertisement says “Newly Renovated” they could’ve replaced the very worn and dated fiberglass tub in hall bath and equipped both showers with hand held shower wands. Overall, the unit was acceptable and we would definitely consider staying here again. Loved that it was a floor unit and had a large private patio with a private walkway right to it. It was a good find for sure but question what was really “renovated”.

Great stay in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to book and communication was great. Unit was clean and prepared for our arrival. Very close to Salty Dog and amenities. Easy walk to beach as well. The unit does have a pull out couch we used but unit did not come with sheets for the pull out couch which was disappointing but we used the extra blankets/quilts in place of sheets.

Birthday Getaway

We booked this cute condo for a short getaway to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was perfect for a long weekend with our two young boys. We all loved the short walk to Salty Dog and the amenities Sea Pines has to offer. We will be back!

Fantastic stay, we will be back!

We had fantastic stay. The location was just steps away from South Beach Shops and Salty Dog and two beach access incredibly close. We had almost every utensil needed in the kitchen. The water pressure was fantastic and beds comfy. There were some beach toys and chairs, though not on the listing and not disclosed when I asked, so I would not assume they're are guaranteed.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect! 1 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the Salty Dog, ice cream, small shops. We had SO much fun! The condo was beautifully, comfy, and had all of the amentities. Property manager was also extremely friendly!

Great condo in amazing location!

Our family loved our time over Labor Day weekend at this beautiful renovated condo. It was so nice to have starter supplies upon our arrival including a set of spices to cook with! We loved being walking distance to the beach and marina. We will come back again!

Great Condo and Location

It was a great location and condo for our family. The beach is 5 min walk on the Sound side. Nice big Sandy beach. It does drop off a bit faster on the Sound side. 10 min walk or short drive to the Atlantic which was preferred for our young kids. We would definitely rent here again!

Great condo close to restaurants and shops

Great two bedroom condo for a small family. Very clean and spacious kitchen. Just a few steps away from South Beach Marina to restaurants such as The Salty Dog Cafe, shops, ice cream, a playground and pool. Easy walking distance to a beach or a short drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club which is lovely and has all the amenities. Great stay!
