The Space:

Welcome to your Hilton Head getaway at 126 Beachwalk — a bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed townhouse ideal for families, groups, and anyone looking for a relaxed, easy vacation experience. Set in the quiet Beachwalk community inside Shipyard Plantation, this two-story 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home offers over 1800 sq ft which means plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy everything the island has to offer.



Once you access the unit using the digital lock (no keys to fumble with!) On the main level, you’ll find two separate living rooms, a rare feature that gives groups the flexibility to watch TV, play games, or enjoy quiet time without crowding into one space. Large windows and skylights fill the home with natural light, and both living areas offer comfortable seating for lounging after a day at the beach or pool. One living room also includes a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. There are large smart TVs in each of the living rooms and each of the bedrooms. In the main family room, a bluetooth speaker is available for your computer, iPhone or iPad!



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals at home, and the adjacent dining area makes it easy for everyone to gather. A half bathroom and an in-unit washer/dryer round out the conveniences available on the first floor.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and peaceful views of the Beachwalk pool. Two additional guest bedrooms — one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds — offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for children, couples, or friends. Each additional bedroom has access to their own full bathroom. The queen room's bathroom is en suite while the twin room's bathroom is just outside the door.



The 3 bed / 3.5 bath villa also has 2-zone HVAC which means you can keep everyone happy!



Step outside and you’re just steps from the community pool and a short, easy walk to Shipyard’s private beach access. The home also includes parking for up to three vehicles, a valuable perk within Shipyard Plantation but you may never use them with the beach so close by!



We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and more stored within a beach locker for your use! Don't worry about carrying items back and forth from the unit to the beach!



Whether you're relaxing after a beach day, biking the island’s scenic pathways, or enjoying nearby golf and tennis, this townhouse offers a welcoming space to return to — spacious, convenient, and designed for stress-free vacation living.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including both living rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy access to the Beachwalk community pool, located just behind the unit, as well as Shipyard’s private beach access, only a short walk away. Parking for up to three vehicles is included with your stay, and bike rentals, tennis courts, and walking paths are all easily accessible from the property.



The Neighborhood:

126 Beachwalk is located in the desirable Shipyard Plantation, one of Hilton Head’s most scenic and centrally located gated communities. The neighborhood offers peaceful walking and biking paths, beautiful landscaping, and quick access to popular island amenities.



The Beachwalk complex sits closest to Shipyard’s private beach access, making your walk to the sand easy and enjoyable. Nearby attractions include the Van der Meer Tennis Center, Shipyard Golf Club, Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants, and miles of bike trails that connect the entire south end of the island. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, tranquility, and coastal charm.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head is an easy island to navigate, and Shipyard’s central location makes getting around simple whether you're walking, biking, or driving. Many guests choose to rent bikes, as the island features 60+ miles of paved bike paths that connect Shipyard to Coligny Beach, restaurants, shops, and parks. The beach is only a short walk from the home, and most daily activities can be reached without ever getting in your car.



For longer trips around the island, driving is quick and convenient, with ample parking at beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available but can be limited during peak season, so we recommend planning ahead if you need transportation.



Whether you're exploring by bike, enjoying a scenic walk, or taking a quick drive, you’ll find that Hilton Head offers smooth, relaxed travel anywhere you want to go.



Other Things to Note:

Parking passes are required inside Shipyard and will be provided for your stay.



The fireplace is not operational and should not be used.



Shipyard does not allow e-bikes, motorcycles, RVs, or trailers inside the gates.



We provide a starter supply of essentials (paper products, soaps, trash bags, etc.), but longer stays may require purchasing additional items.



TVs offer streaming through apps like YouTube TV—please sign out of your accounts before departure.
