Phenomenal Two Bedroom Luxury Villa with Ocean Views!

There's everything to like in this fantastic Villamare oceanview condominium located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. The updates are numerous and apparent the moment you enter this lovely condo with its contemporary beach theme and Coretech luxury vinyl flooring throughout.

The kitchen shines with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen seats six comfortably. The living area features updated and comfortable furniture, HDTV and slider access to your private ocean view balcony.

The main bedroom has a king bed, separate seating area, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is wonderfully designed with a custom double vanity and spa-like tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the condominium is the second bedroom. This bedroom contains two double beds, HDTV, slider access to a private balcony and features an en-suite guest bathroom. The bathroom is updated with a custom granite vanity as well as a tub and shower combination.

Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

The microwave didn’t work, codes to pools and hot tubs were difficult to get into due to unannounced changes. There was little to zero help from the welcome center, no consistency or schedule when pools and hot tubs woul be heated. The pickleball program was fun.

We loved taking bike rides and kayaking around the area and enjoying the views. The beds and couches were comfortable. There was a terrible beeping sound going off everyday, every minute. That was very annoying. Our dryer didn’t work and the water smelled like eggs. The dish washer didn’t seem to get dishes clean.

We had a few families stating in various rooms at Villamare. I loved the gas grill area a lot with multiple grills and plenty of seating with shade. We were able to have a family dinner and lunch of 19 people comfortably!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was fantastic. I really liked being on the first level for easy access to the beach and pool. The unit itself was nicely updated. However, one of the master bathrooms sinks had a very strong sulfur smell and I ended up just having to use the other sink. This bedroom was also quite hot compared to the rest of the unit and I had to sleep without covers each night. The pool got pretty crowded throughout the day but that is to be expected in August. No issues with parking. I was concerned after reading other reviews but we always found a spot close to our unit.

It was NOT cleaned properly though, old popcorn and food under the chairs, leftover food all over the kitchen utensils which makes you question the cleanliness of the entire unit. It overall felt gross, but other than that it was a beautiful unit that has been remodeled. We would stay again based on the overall feel of the resort location. Very family oriented and you feel safe there for sure.

Two recommendations for the particular unit would be to update the TV to a smart TV so guests can access Netflix Hulu etc. the other would be to update the master bedroom bed. It was very uncomfortable and almost slanted towards floor on both sides.
