Sea Cloisters 305 is a stunning, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in the complex of Sea Cloisters in the Folly Field area of Hilton Head Island. Enjoy this newly renovated oceanfront villa with sweeping views of the water, or take a swim in the shared oceanfront pool.

Located on the third floor, this lovely condo is on a quiet and serene stretch of beachfront property. Shops, restaurants, gardens, and a park are all within walking or biking distance. Relax at the on-site pool and baby pool, enjoy cooking up a meal at the community's outdoor grill station, or try out your tennis skills at Chaplin Community Park, located just a short distance away.

This tastefully decorated property, with new tile flooring and carpeting throughout, offers an open living space with a new 55-inch Smart TV, a DVD player, a sleeper sofa, a washer/dryer, and sliding doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen boasts new granite counters, cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.

Get a restful night's sleep in the main suite that features a king-size bed, a 42-inch flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a private en suite bath with a granite vanity top and a beautifully tiled, glass-enclosed, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, a 32-inch flatscreen TV, a VCR, and access to a bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo.

Relax and unwind for the day while enjoying the free WiFi and cable or the amazing covered balcony overlooking the white sand beaches of Hilton Head.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The complex has a gated entry and a community parking lot. Parking is unassigned. The elevator is easily accessed from the parking lot.
The oceanfront pool is not heated and is open seasonally from April until October.
During the offseason, there is potential for some improvement projects at Sea Cloisters. This includes the balcony project, roof replacement, and work on the elevators. There have been no dates secured for these projects as of yet and we anticipate very little disruptions, if any, during your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A Great Thanksgiving Get Away

Our family of 4 enjoyed a week of wonderful weather and fabulous ocean views from the main living room, exterior terrace/balcony and master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and every storage cupboard and drawer labeled for contents. Minor issues such as an expired filter for the refrigerator water dispenser and vertical blinds needing adjustment to open & close properly were addressed quickly by the maintenance crew. Only drawback was the king bed in the master was extremely uncomfortable. Lack of support on the window side created back issues unless one slept in the middle of the bed.

Beautiful view

Had an issue with the fridge but Goode sent a repairman and a loaner fridge which made the best of it. Very nice condo. Luckily we checked the spam folder as we entered the island and found directions thats the only reason i marked mgt company down i had sent two requests for info and only got the canned we ll get back to you in my VRBO account. Other than that the neighborhood, parking, beach , people all very nice.

STUNNING VIEW! Great location, well maintained property and beautifully updated rental unit.

The oceanfront view is spectacular and one of the best we've ever had in our 30+ years of coming to Hilton Head. The condo is nicely renovated, clean, and well appointed with everything you need for a week away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked (could have used a pair of kitchen shears)and the front closed had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and more. There was even a beach/tailgating canopy tent that was amazing on the really sunny, hot days. They also had a cabinet with puzzles and games. We had one issue on the first day with the coffee maker not working and the toaster causing the gfci switches to trip, but Goode Vacation Rentals replaced both right away and we never had another issue. The pool was refreshing and clean and had clean bathrooms. There were only a handful of lounge chairs, which may have been due to COVID-19 social distancing rules, but it didn't bother us because we spent the majority of our time at the beach. One thing to be aware of is that Sea Cloisters does not have a ramp from the building to the beach. There are a number of stairs down out of the building to the deck and another large set of stairs up and down over the dunes to the beach, which was a little challenging with a beach cart, but not impossible. We rented bikes and because of all the stairs at the Sea Cloisters, we had to leave the property through the gate and use the public access walkway that was just outside of the Sea Cloisters to get the bikes to and from the beach. Very minor inconvenience, but worth noting for awareness.
