The first day, Wednesday, the AC wasn’t working. Someone came and had it cooling temporarily until Wednesday night, and it quit cooling again. Someone came and said the compressor was toast, so the management put us in another room but only 3 bedrooms, our original room had 4. So we stayed in it Thursday night. Then on Friday we moved to a 4 bedroom unit. On top of having the hassle of having to move out of the original 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and then to another 4 bedroom, my daughter had a 7 month old and a 2 year old. I know the compressor on the AC was no ones fault but it created a terrible inconvenience for my family.

Family Vacay

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nice and clean and the location was excellent. It is close to all the key places in the city and it is just a short walk to the beach. So overall, a great location. The only thing to improve would be 1) the place was short on toilet paper. Haha. and 2) the outside floors in the apartment complex (not in the apartment itself) were very slippery.

We found out that renovations were happening earlier than expected on property preventing from using pool. They were nice enough to let us know ahead of time and upgrade our place to compensate.

Wonderful stay for the RBC Heritage.

Great place to stay. We look forward to returning once all the remodeling has been completed at the complex. Only complaint was that man at security gate was rude and threatening. Someone needs to do something with that badge he wears! The other ladies were most helpful and polite.

Take me home country roads

We have stayed in this unit at Ocean One. My only suggestion is to have individual line parking. People take up more than their share of a parking space. Thank you. Hope to see ya again soon.

Disappointed

Our group of 6 chose this rental based on floor plan and proximity to beach as well as description and positive reviews. We are a seasoned group of travellers having used VRBO properties many times. We were disappointed. A tired and dated unit; kitchen is not "updated and sparkling white" and had a broken corner cupboard. Housekeeping services needed due to dust, dirty floors and toilets. No cleaning supplies. Tv remotes did not all work, bedding was old and some did not fit beds and fitted sheet popped off corners every night. Window screens had holes. One toilet needed plunging. Entry door lock broke and although Seashore office staff were quick to respond, we lost a day having to stay in unit until replacement was installed. Our major issue was enduring sound of Jack hammers between 8:00 - 5:00 daily due to repairs to concrete balconies, and the pool was unavailable as that too was undergoing repairs. This situation was revealed to us just a few days before we departed for a two-day drive...and after we had fully paid the rental cost. Seashore Rental Agency staff were very attentive to our concerns while we were there and quickly corrected the issues they could control. We would not return to this rental.

Great place.

Security which makes it safe. Beach access. Grills by pool. This condo was very nice with 4 bedrooms. Location great: walking distance to restaurants, shopping and parks. Hilton Head is a great place to be for a getaway. We will stay here again for sure.

The perfect location

This condo was the most perfect place to stay in Hilton head....close to the Coligny Plaza which has everything, close to an incredible playground, and literally on the beach. Great pool area too. It was quiet, private, perfect. We're tough customers...my parents especially....but everyone had their own space and fir comfortably. Highly recommend renting bikes. We didn't get in the car once the entire trip because everything is just a short bike ride away. I will be coming back. It's also next to the beach tiki bar so if you want drinks at the pool or beach, it's very easily accessible. I wish there were beach chairs in the condo.... definitely bring those, or rent them ahead of time... But other than that, we had the most PERFECT trip

Great Location

My family and I came down for a short stay for a friends wedding. We had a great stay and would stay at this property again. The location is very good and has direct access to the beach, in addition to being within walking distance to other places such as the grocery store and restaurants. I do have trouble with the check in process however. We were there after business hours and could not find and office to check in. I called their phone number, but because it was not an individuals cell phone they didn’t have anyone to answer except for emergencies. So I looked back through my emails to find check in instructions to an off site office. I should have read into my emails in more detail and I would have been fine, but they had sent me so many emails regarding my upcoming stay that I had to dig to find the right one and they got lost in my inbox. Overall, it was a great property, and I would recommend this property to anyone, as long as you are fully aware of the check in process.

Great Spring 2021 Vacation

My family and I recently traveled to Hilton Head Island for spring break and like most people we didn't want to leave. We ended up extending our stay by another week and were able to book this beautiful Hilton Head Island property. This unit provided more than enough room for us with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen, living area and three balconies. Although this unit doesn't face the ocean, the view from the balconies is extremely relaxing. Upon our arrival the unit was very well kept and clean with plenty of kitchen essentials and bath supplies. Seashore Vacation Rentals management was very polite and responsive to our needs (which were very minimal) and were able to extend our stay even longer for us! We have been coming to this island for over 25 years and we will definitely be contacting Seashore again on our next stay.
