This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome located in Beachwalk is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and offers comfort, style, and beautiful golf course and lagoon views.

Step inside to find an open-concept layout with inviting coastal décor throughout the main level. The living area features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and sliding doors leading to a private patio—perfect for relaxing or dining alfresco with a scenic backdrop.

The dining area comfortably seats six, and there’s additional seating for four at the breakfast nook just off the kitchen. The kitchen features textured granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it both functional and stylish. A convenient powder room is also located on the main floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and tranquil views of the golf course and lagoon. The en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities and a large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features both a queen bed and a twin bed and has access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Pet fee is $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 2 dogs.

Beachwalk Hilton Head is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site community pool (open seasonally). In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
