Our studio villa is in the beautiful Bluff Villas complex in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island. It is where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Calibogue sound. Sit on the quiet sound beach and watch the sea life, or walk a few steps to meet the Atlantic ocean.

Sleeps up to 4 (max 2 adults) in one queen bed and one sofa bed.

The villa is located on the second floor, with parking just outside the unit. It has been recently updated with new flooring and layout.

Our 452 sf unit provides the following amenities:

A queen size bed
A queen size sofa bed/sectional
A 43" smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Hulu provided
High speed wireless internet
Efficiency kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and combination microwave (with convection cooking, broil, and air fry)
A washer and dryer
Beach chairs and towels
Electronic lock for keyless/contact free entry
Blackout curtains
Did we mention the beautiful views and beach access?
Convenient parking is available in front of the villa. Parking passes are $22 per car for a weekly pass and must be paid at the gate.
Long-term rates available.

** Community pool. The pool is located at the South Beach marina by the Salty Dog at 232 South Sea Pines Drive.
Pool passes can be purchased via portal. The pool season is May 2 – October 31 (weather permitting) and the pool is open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
Daily Pass:
$50 for up to 5 people
Additional guests: $15 each
Individual daily pass: $20 per person

Weekly Pass (up to 6 days):
$125 for up to 5 people
Additional guests: $25 each
Individual weekly pass: $50 per person

All passes are digital and check-in is required upon entry.

Bluff Villas are at the tip of Sea Pines in South Beach, the southernmost portion of Hilton Head Island. You can walk across the parking lot to the famous Salty Dog restaurant. In that shopping area, you will find indoor and outdoor restaurants, ice cream and pizza stands, a small shop for foodstuffs and other necessities, shops, a playground, and our community pool.

Sea Pines offers miles of walking and biking trails, two marinas, multiple golf courses including the PGA Tour Habour Town links course, light house, horse stables, forest preserve, water sports, restaurants and shops, and more. Hilton Head Island offers even more amenities - more golf courses, tennis, theaters, restaurants, shopping, parks, music venues, and more.

The Sea Pines Trolley generally runs from South Beach to Harbour Town during the summer season.

The villa had everything needed. Location, location, location! The direct access to South Beach with breathtaking views was my favorite part!

The property sat back off from the shore a bit but there were no structures between my view and the ocean save a growth of trees which I thought was beautiful. Very quiet community and neighbor sounds were all but non existent. For the location this was a great room for me. I won’t hesitate to go back there if I ever return to the island.

Great quiet location with view of the water from the window. Good parking, easy walk across road to nice beach. Close to Salty Dog. South Beach is a very lovely area, and we enjoyed all the Sea Pines bike trails. Room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, nice amenities. Our only complaint (which we've shared with the host and I'm sure he'll take care of it) is that the bed was sunk significantly in the middle so that we rolled towards each other.(Mattress or the underlying frame issue?)

Fabulous location and perfect for 2 people. Shade cabana and beach chairs/towels were an added plus. The bed was very comfortable and the views out to the water are beautiful. Communication with the owners was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Could look through woods outside window and see the beach, very easy walking distance. Could walk through parking lot in other direction and be at The Salty Dog - for it's T-shirt shop, restaurant, ice cream stand or cruise starting location. Very handy all around!

Ideal location!! Right across from beach access and less than a 5 min walk to Salty Dog. Also, very convinient access to walking biking paths. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood as well. The apartment had everything we needed and was just the right size for 2 of us. There was however as strange smell, it may have been left over cooking smells from the previous guests, but it lingered our entire stay. Also, the bed was not very comfortable, there is a huge dip in the middle. It may have been OK for 1 person but very uncomfortable for 2. One of us ended up sleeping on the couch, which was actually very comfortable.Overall, we had a great time in Sea Pines. Aside from the minor details listed above, this listing was great! We will absolutely be back.

Great location, very clean amd plenty of space for two people. Loved being able to walk to restaurants, beach and shops. Bike riding was great too.The only thing that wasnt excellent was the bed. It seems to have a dip in the middle and we kept rolling into it. It seems like the mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, loved our stay. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Love Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines and loved the condo's location. Upon arrival, the keypad battery was low but eventually functioned; the manager promptly addressed this the next morning. Toiletries and kitchen essentials were well-stocked.However, a few areas could be improved. We noticed a sandy feel to the floors, and the bed, a crucial comfort factor, was too small and uncomfortable for two people, sinking in the middle. We also found only two standard bed pillows, relying on decorative ones for comfort, which isn't ideal for hygiene. My husband also observed some mold in the sink drain. Despite these points, we still had a great time.

Our stay was great and the condo is perfect for two people. Very clean. Awesome location and sea pines is beautiful! Well equipped kitchen. Just FYI: Pool pass is not included with your stay & a day pass for the pool is 40 for two people which is ridiculous but not any fault of the property owner, personally I would remove the “communal pool” from the listing since it is not included and is misleading if a family is specifically looking for access to a pool. (The listing makes it seem like it’s included.)Walk to the beach was awesome and right across the road! Beach wasn’t crowded and we saw dolphins multiple times! Very close to coligny beach and lots of dining. Perfect weekend getaway!

Awesome place to stay!

Place was clean and as described. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need (had both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot, thought that was a good touch). Would definitely stay here again. I had a few questions and reached out to the host and they replied quickly.
