Our Sea Pines home was just completely renovated in 2020, and newly furnished in 2021! Everything is new! The house comfortably sleeps nine because of our unique bunk room which has 3 twins and a queen! We spared no expense in furnishing and decorating, with your relaxing vacation in mind. We have a private fenced pool and a 75-jet, 5 person lounger hot tub.
The beach is a short distance down the bike path which is next to the house. You can walk to the sand in 8 minutes and bike there in 4 minutes!
We have an amazing commercial quality Arcade Game with 3500 games! Everyone loves this machine!
Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $20 per week per car.
In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners were very nice and responsive. The location was in a quiet area of SeaPines. The beach was within an easy 10 minute walk. It was also a pleasant exercise walk to Harbour Town or an easy bike ride. The pool and hot tub are within a very private yard. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Had an amazing stay for the second time around! House had everything needed, was clean, and the perfect amount of space for our family. Our son loved the arcade game, heated pool, and hot tub. The house was in a great central location, and we enjoyed biking to the beach, harbor town, the beach club, south beach, and Lawton stables. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. The home was lovely and had everything we needed and more. The beach was a short easy bike ride, even our 7 year old had no problem making the trip. We loved riding all over Sea Pines on the bike trails. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the petting zoo. We also enjoyed playing putt putt and visiting Harbor Town.We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Location was great for a quick walk to the beach, even with our wagon of stuff. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. I would say the maintenance on the pool & hot tub could have been better. There were a ton of leaves all over the bottom of the pool. Otherwise,pool temperature was great and we enjoyed the backyard nightly.

This home was spectacular! Great location, with easy 4 min bike ride to the beach every day. 10 min bike ride to South Beach. Great hosts who were so accommodative. The pool was wonderful too! We recommend this home and will stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at the beach house! It was perfect for our family. The pool was clean and so much fun for our grandson. It was a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! Definitely would return!

Great Family Friendly Location

We had a great stay, the location was centrally located in Sea Pines, a short bike ride away from the beach and shops. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a nice addition. Wonderful for families

Much needed time away!

Beautiful home, very clean, pictures are exactly as home is, owners were very receptive and easily to get a hold of, and a very easy check in process! One of the Best!

We stayed for 9 days with our 4 boys ranging in age from 5-12. This place was perfect for our family. Comfortable living spaces including beds. Plenty of extra pillows and linens. Kitchen very well equipped with both indoor and poolside dishes. The pool was fabulous. We were able to heat it for our stay in April which was perfect! We all enjoyed the hot tub too. Very close to beach and other activities such as Harbor Town and Salty Dog. Hosts were very quick to respond to all our questions. Manual and instructions were so thorough we didn’t need to reach out to them once during our stay. We would definitely consider renting this home again!

Spring Break

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property, plenty of room to spread out and relax. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub after exploring the island during the day. The bunk room is especially fun! We also had some arcade tournaments. There is a close bike trail with beach access and I would recommend to anyone to rent bikes and enjoy the ride. We saw many birds and even some alligators!

Absolutely lovely place to stay! There is plenty of room for a large family. We have 6 people and three other family members who came to visit. There was plenty of room to move around and enjoy each others company. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the stay! The kitchen had everything you needed to dine in. We loved the location and it’s really close to the beach. A nice walk or quick bike ride to get there. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room! The whole place is well worth the stay!

Great house, Super Location and Attentive Owner

We’ve stayed at this house many times over the last 20 years. The location is great. The current owners completed an update over recent years. The refresh looks great
new furniture, updated bathrooms, floors, shiplap, very cool built in wood bunk etc. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the hot tub. Hayes responded immediately. It was drained and refilled. The house was not rented on the day of our departure. Hayes was kind and extended our checkout. If you’re looking for a clean casual home with a private pool, close to the beach and an easy bike ride to everything else in Sea Pines, this is your home.
