The Space:

Did you say four full bedrooms and five bathrooms, a private pool and spa, a covered patio, and views overlooking the Heron Pointe Golf Course in Sea Pines? Dreams do come true at 4 Red Maple because this 3700 sq. ft. ranch-style home has it all to accommodate your group of 10 easily! Also, strong Wi-Fi makes working/schooling remotely a breeze, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.



4 Red Maple sits on a quiet street in the heart of Sea Pines Resort. Upon entry, you are welcomed by the large living space with plenty of seating for evening conversations, a quiet movie night, and some popcorn. Just off the living room is the formal dining area with seating for 8 and the fully equipped kitchen where you can get your chef on! In the morning, grab your coffee and some grub in the breakfast nook with seating for an additional 6, or step out onto the screened-in porch and relax while looking out over the 17th tee of Heron Pointe Golf Course. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room and half bath. Relax and sip sweet tea around the private lagoon-shaped pool with a spa just steps down from the porch as you plan your island adventures. Big or small, there are so many opportunities for your enjoyment that you'll have to return often.



This home has four bedrooms. The first primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The second primary bedroom also has a king bed, a small sitting area and desk, French doors that open to the patio, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a bay window bringing in lots of light, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath with shower/tub combo.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

Beautiful Stay in HHI!

Highly recommend this property - it was great for two families, plenty of space! The pool and backyard were so inviting and we immensely enjoyed renting bikes and biking all over Sea Pines. This house is a great find and will make your stay in Hilton Head a great one!

There were a few wrinkles with AC and the gas was turned off to the grill but staff were super fast at response time. The dishwasher went out after 4 days and couldn’t be fixed. Other than that we LOVED The house and the pool. Great experience!!

Great Family Get-Away

Great location, wonderful layout for large families - plenty of room for gathering together and enough areas to separate! Loved the cozy fireplaces, screened in porch, outdoor kitchen, and spa/pool! Near perfect location (can rent bikes and bike everywhere), but only downside/disappointment was the construction site on lot next door (there was a crew using chainsaws and crane to clear lot with dump trucks in and out)!! Spa/pool heat is pricey, but worked well and was very worth it for our January stay. If going in fall/winter I’d check forecast and add pool heat if questionable! Huge laundry area was a plus too, but for the number of people the house can accommodate would recommend an extra refrigerator for the garage. We would definitely rent this property again and strongly recommend it.

A Wonderful Getaway

This property is beautifully furnished with large rooms. Our only issue was the size of the kitchen. As we (4 of us) are all “wannabe” chefs, there was not enough room. The laundry room was bigger than the kitchen. When it is warmer, the outside cooking area will be fantastic. We were able to use the screened porch on a few days and enjoyed listening to the the waterfall from the spa. It was also fun to watch the golfers. The selection of books and games is great...too much to read and so little time. Our week at Pine Paradise was a perfect mental health cure during this never ending pandemic. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Fun w Family at Sea Pines

4 Red Maple is great House and location for a family vacation. Just a relaxing home where all can find a spot to do their thing. Play cards , swim, nap, read a book, work a puzzle. Lots of room in the 4 bedrooms and each has its own bath, No waiting , no issues. AC worked well w separate temperatures available in most bedrooms. Pool was very nice and a real hit w kids and adults alike. Outdoor kitchen area was perfect for easy bbq. The screened in porch was a favorite location to gather for morning coffee and in the evening to play cards and board games. Quiet location on beautiful Atlantic Pines Golf course. Easy walk for most to the beach via the sea pines walking trails. Perfect beach and nice food , changing facilities at the Beach Club. Will stay again, all enjoyed. Thx.

The property was wonderful. Pool and view beautiful. Everything was extremely clean. The biggest inconvenience was the check-in. Complete information was not provided. Address of management office was not provided and instructions to obtain guest pass for the gate. The missing information was e-mailed once able to contact the management and wait for approximately an hour for a response. Despite that situation I would rent again from Five Star Properties. The families ages ranged from 5 years old to 68 years young. Something for everyone to enjoy.

Kitchen needs updating

Overall the house was great except for the kitchen. We like to cook a couple nights while on vacation. The kitchen was small. The appliances were from the 80's and the pots and pans were old and in bad condition. Ice maker did not work. We contacted the property manager about this, and they did not call back. We use a lot of ice, and it was an inconvenience to run to the store to get bags of ice. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom.

Changed code to door and locked us out.

Difficulty getting passes for the house so we could get into the property. The code to the garage door never worked The last day someone came and changed the code to the door without us knowing and we were locked out of house. Called the number for emergency after hours and never got a call back. After waiting outside the house with all of our belongings in it and calling the number they gave us 5 different times. We found a way to get in. Never received a call from property manager. Very upsetting. Paid alot of money to have pool heated, told it would be certain temperature took 2 days for it to reach that temperature so was unable to use the pool. Would not recommend going with this company to rent a property again.

Beautiful place but bad property group (5star)

Where to begin? This is our 2nd time renting this property. First time we couldn’t wait to get back. This time will never be back as long as this house is managed by 5 star properties. Construction is loud. Told 4 days before renting (after previous guest posted review) told that they would check into see what they could do. Still waiting for that phone call!! Spa is not heated!! Why call it a spa? A lot of little things. Shouldn’t bother us but after two years of not taking vacation (covid) was just expecting more. Rooms not cleaned 100%. Found a dirty sock under a bed. Dirty vents throughout the house. Dust on ceilings in main room. Broken kitchen chairs, broken screen door, bathroom shower has paneling coming apart. Cob webs found on ceiling fans. Just things like that. Paying a lot of money smaller details should be done. House has an outdated kitchen but everything worked. Great neighborhood!! Will be back to sea pines but probably will not stay at this property again.
