The Space:

You'll love the spacious two-level house, with its huge living and family room, open kitchen, and high ceilings. It's perfect for relaxing during the day or cooking gourmet meals for the whole family at night.



The upper level of the house boasts two king-sized bedrooms, each equipped with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen-sized bedroom that can accommodate two people and a playful kids' bunk room that comes with a trundle bed, allowing three little ones to sleep comfortably. Moving to the lower level, you'll find two more cozy bedrooms, one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twins, as well as a bonus space that features a pull-out sleeper sofa. The game room is also located downstairs and comes equipped with a ping pong table, which is sure to entertain any competitive guests in the group!



But the real magic happens outside, where you'll find a fantastic pool and patio area, complete with a gas grill for cooking up delicious meals in the sun. And when you're feeling adventurous, there's a path from the house that leads to the beach in just one minute! * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
