Discover coastal relaxation at its finest in this 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Villa at Marriottâs Monarch at Sea Pines, located directly on Hilton Head Islandâs beautiful Atlantic shoreline within the prestigious Sea Pines Resort. Blending classic Southern charm with modern comfort, this villa offers the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking a peaceful beachfront getaway.
The 2 Bedroom Villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features a primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds (some layouts may feature a queen or double configuration). A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The two full bathrooms include granite counters and walk-in showers or combination tubs.
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a separate dining area, and a washer/dryer for easy extended stays. The spacious living area opens onto a private balcony or patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or the resortâs manicured groundsâperfect for savoring morning coffee or Hilton Headâs spectacular sunsets.
Guests at Marriottâs Monarch enjoy direct beach access, two oceanfront swimming pools, a childrenâs pool, outdoor hot tub, and barbecue picnic areas set among palmettos and live oaks. The resort also offers access to Sea Pines Resort amenities (fees may apply), including championship golf courses, bike trails, tennis, and dining at nearby Harbour Town and South Beach Marina.
Items to note:
- The resort will be undergoing a complete renovation of the Exterior and Interior of the Camelia & Magnolia buildings from Nov. 22, 2025, through Jan. 30, 2026. Please expect to see contractors and hear construction noise during your upcoming stay.
- The Monarch Pool Deck will be closed for refurbishment from Dec. 1, 2025 to Jan. 3, 2026. The Main Pool, the Lap Pool and the Spa will be closed during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open.
- From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To understand better the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.
- Our resort is located within Sea Pines, which requires a $9 USD entrance fee to access the community.
