Large Updated Three-Bedroom Condominium on the Oceanfront!

This large three-bedroom Hampton Place condominium sits oceanfront and has been wonderfully updated.

Indulge in the ultimate beach vacation at this gorgeous 3-bedroom oceanfront retreat. Located on the desirable first floor, this condo offers unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, grounds and community pool. The recently renovated kitchen, complete with stylish quartz countertops, is a chef's delight. Relax and unwind as you soak in the sun and the stunning coastal scenery. The living room is smartly decorated with beach contemporary decor and features an HDTV and a slider to your private balcony.

The Primary bedroom consists of a king bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower soaking tub and access to a private balcony with a chaise lounge. The second suite, features a king bed, attached bathroom with shower and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower only.

Hampton Place is an immaculately kept oceanfront community within Palmetto Dunes and is centrally located so you are best positioned to enjoy everything we have to offer. The beach is seconds away, while activities such as tennis, golf, and restaurants are just a short walk or bike ride.

Complex Pool Heated: October 15-November 30 / March 15 - April 30

Cooled: July 15-August 15.

No pets are allowed at this property.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. All amenities will remain open and operational during this time. Feel free to reach out to our team with any additional questions.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Early Fall Get Away

The online listing was accurate. We have vacationed on and off at Hilton Head since the last 1970s. This was our first experience staying on the first floor - we had always wanted an upper level "view". We are new fans of the first floor view from Hampton Place. A minor issue is that we had cook in a lot and the selection of fry pans can use some spiffing up. The dishwasher, frig/freezer, and laundry are first rate. We also liked the layout with the 3 bedrooms really being set apart - lots of privacy. All in all, we had a great week.

Family Vacation

Great condo with perfect views of the ocean. The resort was very nice with golf, pickle ball facilities and bike rental. Highly suggest bikes and exploring the island. This was our first time to HHI and was one of our best vacations. Will definitely come back.

It would be difficult to find a better view of the ocean and enjoy the luxury of this Hampton Place Condo. Everything was as as advertised and of course Palmetto Dunes offers a beautiful environment with many opportunities for fun family activities. Highly recommended.

A fantastic place to stay!

We have stayed in Hilton Head on Palmetto Dunes for over 30 years. This condo was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room and bedrooms. It even had beach and pools supplies. The view was beautiful. Close to the pool and beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more! A wonderful visit!

An A+ Condo. A large 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo. 1 porch off the master and 1 porch shared off the living room and 2nd bedroom. The Condo includes multiple HDTV's and the complex includes an exercise room and multiple pools and a jacuzzi that is actually at the right temp. The Condo is a quick walk off the beach. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The pictures represented the location perfectly! We were right on the beach, close to the pools, the grills were cleaned every day and we even cooked out two times! A beautiful, relaxing vacation - I can't think of one thing I would change!

Great place to stay

My family and I spent the first week of October in Hilton Head and had a wonderful time. The condo is fantastic and was more than we could have asked for. The owner was very easy to work with and provided us with everything we needed for a great stay. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Hilton Head is my families favorite place to vacation and we will definitely be staying here again.

The property was clean, even after Irma just came through.

The beach was wonderful...as we were practically the only ones there for a few days it seemed. Irma had literally closed the island down, but had just re-opened the morning we came down. Conch shells and sand dollars galore....restaurants were slow opening back up (some were damaged), but the neighboring town was still active. A nice condo and a nice resort.

Great family vacation....met every expectation!

Our family had a wonderful time on Hilton Head Island and Hampton Place proved to be a great place to stay. We found the location to be ideal with easy access to restaurants and putt putt golf, grocery store, etc. We enjoyed being right on the ocean and the pool was a wonderful way to cool off after sitting on the beach. The kiddie pool was great for our 3 year old and 1 year old grandchildren. Bike rental was convenient, good tennis courts at a nearby public park, and it was easy to get onto the golf courses. Unit 5108 met all our expectations and then some...very clean, lots of space for 6 adults and 2 children, kitchen fully equipped, washer/dryer for wet towels at the end of the day, scenic view from balcony, and an easy climb to the 1st floor. We hope to be back and we'd definitely stay in this unit again. Many thanks to Karen for answering questions in a very timely manner. It was much appreciated. And thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. Janet & Doug Brown
