SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Our only complaint was after tropical storm Helene passed, it took 2 days for the 2 pools to be vacuumed. It’s our favorite place to stay and have always enjoyed our time at this location.

Pool not heated.

The condo was great. We have stayed at SeaCrest many times. This was our first time in October. Had we been made aware the pool would not be heated we would not had stayed here. It was ice cold. Very disappointed that was not disclosed.

Wonderful unit

Amazing view from the 5th floor oceanside unit overlooking the pool. Very large bedrooms and living space. Covered parking in a garage. Great location to walk to restaurants. The main elevator is very slow so we walked the stairs a ton, but the views from the 5th floor are amazing.

Great condo for family vacation

Condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Could use some updating here and there, but overall it was very nice. The view is amazing! Great location, highly recommend!

Hilton head family getaway

Unit was very nice but is starting to show some normal wear and tear. Any small issues we had were dealt with quickly. Elevator and hot tub definitely need some normal maintenance. Location was excellent and view us amazing.

Our stay 4-30-22

Great location, very nice resort. The condo was a nice size with a beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of room for the 5 of us parking a breeze however, there were some things that needed improvement. First, I felt the place needs to be updated, some of the furniture is old & damaged, Second there was not enough bar soap for the shower, the clothes dryer barely worked, we needed at least two kitchen towels for the week ,bathroom door didn't close, one shower dripped loud enough to keep you awake at night, sliding screen door in master was very difficult to close & they only give you one garbage bag for the week so you have to call for more. I would have liked check in to be a little earlier 4:00 PM is to late 12:00 or 1:00PM would be better. Minor problems all in all a great time .
