Golfmaster 1901 is an Island hideaway perfect for your next adventure. Located in Shipyard, this 3 bedroom townhouse, offers space, comfort and a few surprises that will delight all!

The pristine kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee nook with table, four chairs and offers plenty of space for prepping picnics for those long lazy days on the beach. The full size washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away behind bi-fold doors and is such a treat to have when traveling. The living and dining area is open concept allowing everyone to be part of the fun. A large round dining table seats six comfortably and has a perfect view accross the water to the green inviting you to watch golfers as you dine! The inviting and comfortable living space has a wall of windows that look out onto your private screened in balcony- a lovely spot to enjoy an early morning coffee or dining al fresco under the stars!



The second floor primary suite is large and offers a balcony with a view of the golf course green. Retreat in the en suite bath after a day of Island exploring. Located on the second level is an additional large bedroom with en suite bath. The third bedroom with two twin beds is the perfect hideout for teens and children, giving them a little retreat all their own, including their own ensuite bath.

All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your favorite beach and pool towels.



A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom. Laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. Please note if you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.



All vehicles entering Shipyard Resort are required to have a gate pass.Each pass is $35 per vehicle( Max of 2 for this townhouse) and should be purchased at the time of your booking. One Beach Parking pass provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation. The Beach Club and Beach are minutes away. The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas. Also, a complimentary trolley makes runs from the Beach parking area to the Beach Club.



The GOLFMASTER Villa Complex is located in Shipyard Resort, one of Hilton Head Island's premier gated resort communities. Golfmaster villas overlook the Clipper Golf Course, providing stunning golf and lagoon views. This community offers a pool and tennis/pickleball courts for guest enjoyment.





SHIPYARD is a gated community and is on over 800 acres located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The recreational facilities include 27 holes of Golf and 20 Tennis Courts, Jogging and Biking trails, Health Spa and the beautiful Beach!

Great neighborhood; good house

This house sits in the Shipyard neighborhood and the house sits on the golf course, so the view is beautiful. There is a fountain off the porch with some baby alligators in it. Super cool. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and has its own bathroom which is ideal. Pool is directly across the street which is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Property mgmt is very responsive and efficient. Only downside at all is that the furnishings are a little dated and worn in places (dining room chairs and carpet). But overall we would definitely stay here again.

Friends’ trip from out of state. This place was perfect. Close to shopping, beach and plenty of restaurants a within a short distance. Shipyard is a beautiful area and we couldn’t have been happier with 1901. I was afraid about parking, but it was a breeze. Would definitely rent again.
