Fully Updated Two Bedroom Condominium in the Heart of Palmetto Dunes!

You'll love this two bedroom condominium located in Villamare within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! The kitchen is nicely updated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen will be fully-stocked to meet your cooking needs.

The dining area seats four, with additional dining for two at the kitchen island bar. The living room looks great with its beach contemporary furniture, large Smart TV and slider access to the private balcony.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted HDTV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is gorgeous with its large custom walk-in shower, two sink vanity and separate tub. On the other side of the condominium is the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has been nicely designed as well and features one full bed and a set of full-size bunk beds as well. Completing the guest bedroom is an HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has been completely redesigned with a fantastic custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at 2113 Villamare - 2nd floor so easy to access by stairs and avoid the elevator- only a brief walk to the shore - quiet! The unit was clean and well-maintained. Wifi/tv channels a bit slow (but who cares we're at the beach). Biking, canoes available to rent close-by. Shelter Cove marina close by for more water activities!

Close to the beach and pool, gym etc. although it is newly renovated, the shower in the primary bathroom leaked all over the floor every time it was used. There is only one small couch, not enough room for a family of 4. The condo also was pretty dirty as the floors were dirty and sticky. We won’t stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here as a child and I wanted to bring my own family back and make new memories, but I didn’t have the chance. While the villa was well appointed and looked pretty and clean, the smell of mold was just too strong for us to stay in it. We had to find other accommodations. I did notify management who was extremely gracious.

Had to wear slippers whole in the condo. Also, not sure why rentals have white furniture. We put towle over it just so we didn't accidentally get it dirty.
