With the shops at Sea Pines only 2 blocks away, the Harbour Town marina & restaurants a short 5 minute walk away and the beach a 10 minute bike ride away, Sweet Retreat is situated within a convenient location for you to take in all the terrific amenities of Sea Pines Resort.

You can immerse yourself within the stunning Lowcountry scenery with Spanish draped live oak trees, saltwater marshes, palmetto trees, sandy beaches and lagoons or you can pack in as many sports, water & outdoor activities as you and your family can handle. Guests initially enter Sweet Retreat by following the sidewalk to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's foyer, which connects to the kitchen, living room, half bathroom and staircase to the second floor. Walk up a flight of stairs to find the master suite and the guest suite.



NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motor cyles, motor homes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. Great location and lovely outdoor views of golf course. Community pool was wonderful with both shade and sun. We had trouble with clothes dryer but someone came same day to evaluate. Master suite was very comfortable with nice shower. Ample kitchen supplies.There is a musty smell but did not diminish the enjoyment of our stay

make it better. This condo is in a great location! We loved the community pool as well! but
The condo was not clean. The walls and baseboards are dirty; the downstairs toilet has a black ring in it. The upstairs shower doors are covered in soap scum. The outdoor furniture was (I cleaned it.) coated with tree and yard debris. Some of the kitchen dishes looked dirty. The drip coffee pot had green slime in the bottom which I had to scrub out!P.S. We had to wait until almost five o’clock to gain access to the unit supposedly because the cleaning crew was busy making everything right. hmmm

Great location!

We had a lovely 5 night stay with our dog. We were on our way from our house in Naples to our house in Virginia. It was the perfect break. We enjoyed walking to Harbour Town and all over.

Sweet Retreat

We had a great stay at Sweet Retreat. Everything exactly as advertised. Many trips to Hilton Head but never stayed on a golf course...very quiet and relaxing. We were able to eat in as the kitchen provided everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Nothing to complain about. We would stay here again.

Perfect Harbour Town/Sea Pines Plantation Location

Loved the view of the course and golf club. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the master suite bathroom was huge, so you can spread all of your toiletries out unlike hotel bathrooms). I'm not a golfer, but this property would be ideal for golfers and families or for coming for the tournament. Also great spot for women traveling alone. We felt very safe and comfortable. The community is also very quiet. Did not hear one loud party as you often get in vacation rentals. It was a great stay!

Good location and layout. Uncomfortable furniture.

Excellent location and very nice layout. The two story townhome has two good sized bedrooms upstairs each with an attached bathroom with large showers. The master suite had a shower handle that was great. The king size bed was comfortable. The tv in the bedroom and downstairs worked well. The kitchen was good sized. The washer worked well, the dryer was very slow to dry clothes. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. The chairs had wooden arm and the couch also had very hard but upholstered arms. The material was rough and the cushions were not very plush. We ended up putting the beach towels on the furniture to make it bearable. The dining room chars were plastic seats with very wide set legs that I kept tripping over. They also were not comfortable. With the exception of living and dining room furniture the place was great.

We’ve been renting villas in Sea Pines nearly every year since 1973. You can’t beat it, and this villa was no exception. Clean, comfortable and the perfect location !

Heritage Villa

The property was overall very nice, clean and we loved the location. It fit all our family needs for the week. One downside was it did seem like there was some issues with the electrical outlets. Not all seem to work for us, but we were able to work around it for the week.

"Serene Sophistication: A Comfortably Classy and Convenient Condo Retreat in Hilton Head Island"

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The condo has all of the necessities for a comfortable stay, Furniture and beds were comfortable and stylish. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with the basics. The location of the condo is convenient to both the Sea Pines Beas Club and Harbor Town. This condo sits right on the golf course with gorgeous natural views. In the late afternoons we spent our time at the pool, which was refreshing and spacious for guests. The Sea Pines area of the island is peaceful, classy, and family friendly. Don't forget to rent bikes so you can explore the island. Tennis courts are nearby with great facilities. Host was amazing and responsive. We will be returning.

Great location, walking distance to Harbortown and Sea Pines shops. Clean, spacious and nicely furnished condo. Well equipped, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Great communication with property manager, before and during the stay. Will stay again if available!

This condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/pots and pans for meals. We were well supplied with bed linens/towels. The condo has a great view of the golf course. We would stay there again.
