* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* Community Pool is not heated.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

Great Rental

This was a fabulous rental for a family vacation. The home was pristine and spacious, and conveniently located to the beach. Fantastic amenities were available in Sea Pines. Plus it was dog friendly! Would definitely stay there again.

Best location

We love this area of Sea Pines and this condo is comfortable and spacious enough for six. Close proximity to beach club is very nice. Clean, great communication from rental company and well equipped. Would recommend.

we loved the size and layout of the villa. we were somewhat concerned about the proximity to the beach but that ended up not being a problem. overall we enjoyed our time at 503 plantation and could see staying there again.

Wonderful Family Get Away

Location was wonderful and convenient to the beach. It was super helpful to have VayKGear have bikes available for us with associated rental credit that we also used towards rental for beach chairs. Rental manager was timely in responding to questions. Property was very clean and perfect size for myself, husband, two kids, and my mother-in-law with a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds each with their own bathrooms. Great stay and wonderful, relaxing vacation. Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location!

The villa was exactly as shown in the photos and even more spacious than we expected. The location is excellent and so convenient. LOVE that it is pet friendly so our dog could join us as well! The kitchen is a little sparse when it comes to cookware so if you plan to cook a lot of meals, maybe consider bringing some of your favorite items from home. That being said, there were still plenty of items included to do basic cooking and lots of counter space with newer appliances. There are so many amazing restaurants within a short walk or bike ride that we hardly even used the kitchen during our stay. The oceanfront is an easy 10 minute walk and Coast restaurant and beach bar are a must visit. There is parking available if you need it, but the lot fills up quickly so plan ahead! Relax Rentals was great to work with and so responsive to all my questions. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay in this villa again!

Too many fees for unmatched service

The dishwasher was leaking and unusable. The host would request a serviceman, but I had to adjust my vacation schedule to be there as not to just leave the leave the unit open to someone. No complimentary bicycles. I have stayed in HH for visits twice a year for the past 10 years and bicycles are always provided. In HH, bicycles are the most popular transportation and recreation. Grounds maintenance is constant in HH but this unit did not have the patio serviced. Be prepared to the clear the patio and furniture of debris to sit outside. Parking issue. The area does not have labeled parking spots per unit. I was told they are “working on it” which did not help the inconvenience it caused us to park.

Fun family trip

The villa was exactly as pictured. We love staying in Sea Pines and the location of the villa within SP is perfect. We could easily bike to the light house, out to the Salty Dog and the beach. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom! I love having a kitchen as we eat most of our meals at “home” and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the living and dining room in the mornings before we went out on our daily adventures. If available we would book this property again.
